I can see a business opportunity here.

Open up a storage facility for people in blue states to store their weapons..........

The key here is why gun registration is our enemy of freedom.

They are using the registrations to confiscate the guns.

Oh Lord. If I lived in NY I would have some questions.

Does the 5 round limit include the chambered round? What if my shotgun or rifle doesn’t have a “clip”? Can I just put a plug in the shotty? Does this apply to my Air Rifles too? Is each pellet in my 00 buckshot considered a “bullet” are are we just talking shells here?

Good luck getting answers from your bureaucrats.

Your average, non-magnum, bolt action deer rifle holds five rounds. That’s the limit for hunting rifles in the field in many states, so these turd chunks purposefully went under that to force people into giving up their deer rifles or modifying them. Hunters take note. The gun grabbers are after you too. If you bird hunt with a pump gun or semi auto that holds five rounds, you must submit to the will of the commies.

I bet he meant to say “multi-round” clip. Which would still be wrong as he would be confusing a clip with a magazine but it seems to be where he was going. How hard would it be for a reporter to just spend a half hour educating himself on the basics of firearms before reporting on them - it that too much to ask?

I’m guessing he reporter meant “detachable magazine” but the law applies to internal magazines as well. It’s always been the case with gun control that the ones passing it don’t have a clue about what they’re regulating, nor do they need one - they’re after prohibition.

The NYPD knew exactly where to send those notices because of registration.

Batista had all his countrymen register their firearms.
Then Castro confiscated them.

never register. It’s none of their damn bidness.

Any doubt the communists have taken control of America. America is finished and slowing dying. May be too late Americans, you have been asleep.

LMAO, I can see that now. A guy is moving his Cache of weapons and clips ( a couple of clips and 3 weapons) out of town and is stopped by the police charged with multiple felonies, concealed weapons, the clips, and gets 20 years in jail.

I always thought that when buying a rifle or a shotgun, that info only passed thru the BATF via the instant background check and such info was then destroyed after a certain length of time.

Am I wrong?

How is it that New York has that firearm information?
