A group of evangelicals in favor of passing immigration reform have a message for House Speaker John Boehner: "We're praying for you."
In new ads, Evangelical Immigration Table–group that has been behind immigration reform on Capitol Hill–asks people to pray for Boehner and House Republican leadership on immigration reform and urge those leaders to listen to their prayers.
The group says the ad will air on WTOP, a radio station in Washington, D.C., as well as 30 Christian radio stations in Texas and North Carolina. A Spanish-speaking iteration of the spot will also air in Southern California.
"Our immigration system is broken and it is hurting everyone," says Dub Karriker, senior pastor at the Christian Assembly Church in Durham, N.C. "Families are separated, employers can't find the workers they need, and the undocumented who want to get right with the law are told to get in a line that doesn't exist."
The ad continues: "More than ever, Speaker Boehner needs our prayers. Congress can pass a true conservative solution that will actually fix our immigration system...Please join me in praying for Speaker Boehner and House leadership that God will help them find an immigration solution that reflect biblical values."

I suppose its possible that Obama hired hispanics to heckle him so he could deliver that line but its hell of a stretch.
I am connecting the walmart and McDonald protests to the claim that all these jobs are unfilled and we need illegals to fill them, clearly this contradiction is glaring.
But no one in GOP has guts to call it out anymore.

The fastest way to fill those jobs is to cut welfare benefits.
The real problem is when the libs including Obama attack employers for hiring unskilled workers at unskilled pay, blaming them for medicaid and food stamps,
and then at same time GOPe + CofC demands amnesty with these claims that too many unskilled jobs are wanting of unskilled workers
It just makes GOPe look like prostitutes that libs accuse them of being.
More than 50% of the workforce is either underemployed, or unemployed, and employers can’t find any employees unless they hire criminals?

Those aren’t Evangelicals and they’re not Christians either.
You don’t support rewarding evil acts (breaking our laws) and call yourself a Christian.
You don’t support forced “Charity” by Government taking our money, that we worked hard for, and giving it to someone else at the threat of a pointed gun.
Wages should be thru the roof right? In the DC-Balto corridor a decent wage is above 100K. It is a very HIGH cost area. What are the wages being offered?

I thought of Obama;s contrived deferred action program but maybe thats just for those who grew up here, not their older relatives.

I know people getting those jobs here, but they have to have the right education and experience.
One friend of mine got his Masters in IA while working as IT network engineer here and he has it made now.
Sure they will reject someone with Walmarts experience and education.
The problem I see here is young adults here are not attracted to those college programs, they waste their college money on liberal arts degrees
its the Indians and Asian immigrants who are attracted to those careers
