On Nov. 27, Elliott appeared again on Heartland Talk Radio with an update. He announced on the show that, on Nov. 25, he received a letter from the IRS that he was being audited for 2009. Of course, the IRS conducts audits every year. However, Tucker also received a letter from the IRS on Nov. 25, the same day Elliott received his notice, demanding additional payments back to 2003.

In an interview with The Washington Times, Elliott said, “to me, it’s a scare tactic,” explaining he views the letter and the delayed interview as an attempt to silence him and his outspoken stance against President Obama and his healthcare law.

Elliott getting his notice is an obvious retaliation move and should be investigated and punished, but Tucker's is not. He owes back taxes (and since it is payroll taxes, that means he withheld it from his employees and didn't pay it to the IRS).
Flame away, but part of this appears to be just a monthly bill.
Maybe they can contract the FBI... Oh wait, the FBI works WITH the IRS... they target conservatives and Obama’s political opponents too...

It even happens at the local level. I found several discrepnancies in the governmental accounting enterprise funds accessed to pay general fund liabilities. I pointed them out, suddenly I started having difficulties with building permits for a new roof, siding and windows on the house. the Good Ole boys club has strived to silence the opposition when the problems are significant. By the way the roof, siding and windows are done by several people who said enough of the bs from local politicians. Come january 3 of the 5 local politicians are gone.
That’s terrorism.

Here’s the latest, hold onto your hats.
Earlier today an IRS agent sat in C. Steven Tucker’s living room and warned him that he should resolve the 2003 underpayment discrepancy as soon as possible because he could potentially have wage garnishing, a house lien or a seizure of assets.
Tucker was first informed of this dispute by letter on or about Thanksgiving.
The exhaust fumes from the government vehicle had barely dissipated from his driveway when a certified letter arrived informing him that all of the above was indeed going to happen if he didn’t send the money by December 19th.
