Some 1.6 million Americans have registered for Obamacare, but more than nine-out-of-10 of them actually signed up for Medicaid, a trend that could end up slamming federal and state government budgets.

Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security already account for 48 percent of federal spending, writes economist Michael Tanner, a senior fellow for the Cato Institute, in an article for The New York Post. But with Obamacare adding to the Medicaid costs, "we are picking up speed on the road to insolvency," Tanner writes.

The Medicaid program is already the third-largest government program in the United States, coming in only behind Social Security and Medicare, with more than $265 billion a year being spent.

"It’s going to get worse," Tanner warns. "Congress has shown no ability to reform Social Security or Medicare. With Obamacare adding to Medicare spending, we are picking up speed on the road to insolvency."

Tanner said of the 1.6 million who have signed up under the Affordable Care Act, 1.46 million have gone into Medicaid....

The Federal Fecal Finger, thanks to Rand Paul and a few other RINO Establishment Democrat wannabes, have come up with “RINO Socialized Health Insurance Tax.”

Thus, the Federal Fecal Finger has touched a perfectly good Health Insurance System and turned it first into OSHIT and then into RSHIT.

Our tax dollars at work!

As opposed to Private Incentives for Soundness of Self, or PISS?

(OK, ok, that’s a bit scatological. But we’re getting so grim here that we are losing perspective.)

Medicade was what it was all about all along...

The bad news is, that most doctors (at least in my state) do not accept Medicaid patients.

Yup, shoving folks off on an orphan program.

Well, there aren’t enough unicorns in Kenya to make this thing go.

For the longest time, Medicaid covered anything and everything, in any amount. If you got a rejected claim, it was because of a typo. I’ve noticed a big difference the last few years, as if they realize the 30% they suck out of state budgets is the most they’re gonna get.

There is no more wasteful program than Medicaid. And Obama just added another 1,400,000 people to it.

President Jarretts plan is taking shape. Single payer were the Doctors find a new line of work if they don’t want to treat patients at Gov. rates, it’s the only game in town.

Obama Socialized Health Insurance Tax is known as OSHIT.

RINO Socialized Health Insurance Tax will be known as RSHIT.

Would OSHIT or RSHIT be better?

The answer can be found in a quote from the most admired woman in America:

“What difference, at this late date, does it make?!”

1.4 million more inducted into single payer. The majority of those must be the result of states who agreed to set up exchanges being required to expand Medicaid eligibility to 138% of the poverty level.

Imagine if SCOTUS did not rule that states had the option to set up exchanges. 10’s of millions more would be on the Medicaid roles i.e. inducted into single payer.
