Hell, that would make you an Awesome congress person. That was my thought as well. The polite, gentlemanly America is gone in the arena of politics. I see Uncle Sam as a tall scrappy man with his sleeves rolled up ready to rumble.
The Liberals always love to say that society is advancing and old ideas are "so passé," so I say we give it back to them. I don't know about you, but I can yell and scream and hoot and holler with the best of them. If that means a raucous House floor, and MY CONSTITUENTS want that of their representative, then I'm your man.
"I'm not here on the House floor to pay you any mind you old hag [Pelosi]. I'm here to represent my constituents, and the majority of them think you're a left coast fraud! Pucker up, buttercup, I'm about to show you and the rest of these political pussies how AMERICANS get shit done!"

The Amash amendment was quite simple and straightforward -- you either support it and defend the Constitution, or oppose it and defend Big Government.
Cotton chose to defend Big Government.

I’d like to know why. The only thing I can imagine is that because of his combat experience he is supportive of intelligence gathering and the amendment didn’t make a separation within FSA. I know from video searching that Cotton has said we are involved in a war on terror that is not restricted to regions or even countries. Maybe I can figure out how to put that question on his website Q&A.

Well, newcomer. He’s the defacto nominee for a Senate seat we have to win so no, he’s not “rejected”.

Amash and John Conyer's(D) bill. Don't forget that bill is Conyer's(D).
/johnny
To: Impy
That's the Amash/Conyers bill. As in John Conyers(D). Something that got left out.

Im thinking there is more to this than meets the eye. There is. It's the Amash/Conyers bill. As in John Conyers(D). Tom Cotton didn't support a bill introduced by John Conyers. Go figure.

Hmmm "Amash/Conyers" --- reminds me of "McCain/Kennedy"
There's always something to be learned from the scraps on the sausage factory floor.

There are going to be lots of trolls around during the primary season, posting misleading or biased information. It pays to look closely.

Thanks Johnny.
I’m no fan of the NSA but that Paultard Amash is a tomfool for going around sponsoring bills with John Conyers.
If John Conyers sponsored a resolution stating that the sky is blue, I would go get my eyes checked.

“Id like to see a few FReepers vouch for his conservative bonafides. If he is truly conservative both socially and fiscally then we have a winner.”
RINO Hugh Hewitt has been pushing him, which makes Cotton suspect until proven otherwise.
