A conspiracy so vast: it's not just the NSA, now the FBI, local police also spying on US citizens
Fox News ^ | December 12, 2013 | Judge Andrew P. Napolitano

Readers of this page are well aware of the revelations during the past six months of spying by the National Security Agency (NSA). Edward Snowden, a former employee of an NSA vendor, risked his life and liberty to inform us of a governmental conspiracy to violate our right to privacy, a right guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment.

The conspiracy he revealed is vast. It involves former President George W. Bush, President Obama and their aides, a dozen or so members of Congress, federal judges, executives and technicians at American computer servers and telecoms, and the thousands of NSA employees and vendors who have manipulated their fellow conspirators. The conspirators all agreed that it would be a crime for any of them to reveal the conspiracy. Snowden violated that agreement in order to uphold his higher oath to defend the Constitution...

Earlier this week, The Washington Post reported that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is now spying on us. It seems that the FBI, no doubt jealous of the unpunished lawlessness of the NSA, has acquired software that permits it to utilize the tiny cameras in many home computers to observe whoever or whatever may be in front of the computer screen.

The FBI doesn’t only look at whoever is using the computer screen; it also captures the words and images on the screen...

The Washington Post also reported this week that local cops, too, are jealous of the NSA and its ability to break the law with impunity. In an effort to catch bad guys, local police in half a dozen American cities have begun to ask local telecom providers for a “tower dump.” A tower dump consists of digital recordings of all cell phone usage from a given cell tower...

About 90% of what they do is just simple intimidation to let you know they are more powerful than you and you can do nothing are unwilling to do anything to stop them.

Sometimes it feels like we live and work in a Soviet-style state, “The Lives of Others” existence. Paranoid “leadership.” It’s depressing.

Know someone who emigrated from a Soviet-style state who is beginning to feel the same way.

OK smart boy.

Let’s hear your words of wisdom of what you would do to stop them.

I stopped paying taxes to the usurper in 2008, how about you?
I threw out my TV and stopped supporting Hollywood and liberal media in ANY fashion or form...how about you?
I started an underground business, how about you?
I’m in shape to walk twenty miles and fight at the end of it, how about you?
I’ve already gone to jail twice for defending my constitutional rights, how about you?
I think if a fraction of conservatives even passively resisted, we would have a different game on the table. How about you?

You believe this will stop them from putting you under surveillance?

If they want to put you under surveillance they will put you under surveillance and you can’t stop them.

Unless you can figure out how to control the airspace over you at any given time, they can put you under surveillance.

Unless you can figure out how to control people that move in next to you, they can put you under surveillance.

Unless you can figure out how to control who is on the road at the same time as you, they can put you under surveillance.

Unless you have a way of knowing the identity of every person you come into contact with, they can put you under surveillance.

Try and figure out a way to stop them from getting into your mail before it’s delivered to you, go ahead try.

You don’t have the slightest clue what it’s like being under surveillance and your thoughts on how to stop them is pure nonsense and laughable.

And its surrender monkeys like you that will be the first to rat your neighbors out.

I resist tyranny because it’s my nature. You just don’t have the belly for it.

I had the belly for it starting over 25 years ago, you haven’t even made it to the party yet.

When you get to the party with the rest of us that have been or are under surveillance then tell me about it.

Try again, Jean Dixon. Peeking thru your windowshades isn’t giving you as clear a view as you think.

I have to hike 5 miles into the city. You can occupy yourself mumbling at passersby until somebody comes to fetch you.

I have to admit I was wrong and you are right.

You hike 5 miles to town so they can’t possibly put you under surveillance.

You’ve definitely got them outsmarted if they ever wanted to find out what you’re doing.

BLAH Blah blah, BLAH Blah, BLAH Blah blah blah, blah, etc.

You don’t have the slightest clue what it’s like being under surveillance and your thoughts on how to stop them is pure nonsense and laughable.

Don't you need both hands to stitch your white flag?

I said nothing about being able to avoid being surveilled. What I said about people being unwilling to resist offended the hell out of you. Putting that "can do nothing" back seems very important to you.

Frankly, that's 180° opposite from the the type of folks I joined FR to meet. So you'll forgive me if you take up no more of my time. Know whud I mean, Verne?

You’re the one stitching the white flag.

You don’t have the slightest clue what you’re talking about and you don’t want to listen to anyone that does know.
