Right. Lecturer jobs are definitely not that path to a professorship. It's a 'teaching' job, frequently part-time appointment for those working in the community with no expectation that it will lead to anything more. It can be a good opportunity for someone who wants to teach part-time but it is not the road to advancement in the academy.

"Walters' intellect"?? When has the cheap slut snake ever shown any semblance of intellect? I used to watch her in the early morning before my classes in 1974. Being a married vet I wasn't on the same wavelength as most of the rest of the students in the room and it was obvious even then that she was a cheap slut snake. Some of the others thought she was brilliant, expecially the young women but anyone with any life experience knew she was worthless. I'd like to see her messiah overthrown along with his party of traitors and her dragged out with them.
