The tone of this piece that Colorado has "weak" gun laws is off base. The Dems passed every loopy restriction they could think of and none of it worked to stop this shooting. And, no, the shotgun did not pack more than 15 rounds, so much for that silly law.
They can talk all they want about sheriffs challenging the law but I'm pretty sure the Arapahoe County Sheriff did not take that position.
