The suspension of “Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson by the A&E Network after making controversial remarks in GQ magazine regarding homosexuality has been called a business decision. But now Douglas County Sheriff Phil Miller is making a business decision of his own.
Miller announced on his personal Facebook page Friday night that A&E would no longer be welcomed to film or produce any of its programs or series with the help of the Douglas County Sheriff's Office or its facilities. "A&E has suspended Phil Robertson for talking about his conservative Christian beliefs," Miller wrote." None of us are without sin and I am not judging anyone. I am sure A&E made what they believe is a good business decision. Many people who disagree with A&E might choose to remain silent and there was a time when I might have done the same, but no longer. In my mind the punishment is unreasonable.
"I know it will not matter to A&E, but it will make me feel better. A&E has produced more than a half dozen programs with the assistance of the Douglas County Sheriff's Office. They will not do any more with my assistance while I am sheriff. It is time for someone other than Hollywood and the news media to stand up for what is right!"

No doubt, they had provided assistance in the past because of their deep respect for the Robertsons.

These vile and disgusting “people” are also without any moral compass, intellectual honesty or common human decency what-so-ever. They are purely destructive in everything that they do. They bring nothing uplifting or positive to society nor do they contribute to the advancement of their fellow man.
They deserve nothing more than all of the scorn and shunning than we can heap upon them.
I have reached the point where I will never wittingly come to their aid or assistance. Sad to say, but that is my reality.

Actually, it’s a good question because I can’t find them.
Exactly right — you have nailed it. The health risks associated with the homosexual lifestyle cannot be glossed over or ignored. They are REAL and they can be absolutely deadly. The homosexual lifestyle is not only self destructive, it can be even suicidal when practiced to extremes. Perhaps the most suicidal are the gays that openly seek partners that have HIV or AIDS. These fools play a form of “Russian Roulette” with every sex act for the thrill of it. Worse, if the practitioner does become infected, they continue with their sex practices to spread their disease to others. That is truly evil.

She probably ran Duck Dynasty because it fits her contemptuous attitude towards rural white Christians; to her its an attempt at making them a laughingstock.
That appears to have backfired, since they have principles that aren't modified by money.
Disney, a major owner of A&E, might even demand if of her after she has sunk the network the way she has.

Since Willie is head of a multi-Billion dollar corporation, he should invite the heads of A&E to West Monroe for a smoking of the peace pipe meeting. He should notify the sheriff first though. :)
