So the question is, could a State make calling someone 'Homophobic' a Hate Crime? (Like using the 'N' word). I just read that Scotty person use that word in an article. It offends me. Could a State make the 'H' word equivalent to the 'N' word ???

The answer to the question is “yes” provided the people have been properly softened up via the sort of PC brow beating that the Duck guy was subjected to. The govt can then rise to “protect”.

“Homophobia” is actually am inaccurate term, since it implies “fear.
There is not a homosexual on the planet that I fear.
A more accurate term would be “homosexually misanthropic”.
How about making the word “racist” a hate crime? I like that idea.
