Forget About A GOP Victory Next Year
Impeach Obama Campaign .com ^ | December 22, 2013 | Dr. Kevin "Coach" Collins

Posted on 12/22/2013 6:29:35 AM PST by Moseley

It is becoming increasingly likely that the polls and surveys we are seeing today have a similar fundamental flaw; they are all vulnerable to collapse because of the agenda of John Boehner and the rest of the GOPe (including the Chamber of Commerce.)

The advantages held by Republicans today will be distant memories next November. Nevertheless, the vicious uncalled-for attacks on conservatives by John Boehner, Peter King, John McCain, and their like will not be forgotten. They will become rallying cries to fight against the Republican Party next year.

Those who are tempted to think that since conservatives have nowhere else to go, Republicans will win by default, ought to reconsider. Boehner’s insistence upon waving amnesty as a red flag in the face of conservatives will lead to the evaporation of the GOP’s base support overnight.

The Republicans are fooling themselves into believing that the mere word “Democrat” attached to an opponent will bring them easy victories, because it won’t do anything of the sort after amnesty. To the contrary, Republicans who vote for amnesty will carry a scarlet “A” on their foreheads; and being backed by “The Chamber of Commerce” will be a one way ticket to unemployment.

Republicans connected to amnesty will get no base support and no votes of “gracias” from newly-minted Democrats.

If the tone of this essay conveys the message that amnesty will bring about a big election night for Democrats and the beginning of the end for the Republican Party, I’ve made my case.

“leadership”?
“surrendership” is more descriptive.

“but hey, you’ll be at your home.
Of course, you won’t own it anymore, but you’ll be home,”

Newsflash: We aleady don’t “own” it. As long as there is a taxing entity (run in most cities by leftists now) that has the power to raise your property taxes higher than you can afford to pay (which isn’t going to be much more for many, in this Obama depression due to devaluation of the dollar by government and keeping the job market stagnant)....we are all “pretenda owners” of our homes....subject to the whims of our new leftist slave masters, the Democratic Party Elitists. Which suits them fine since, as leftists/communists, they don’t believe us peons should own property anyway.

I don’t underestimate it at all…..I’ve written about it for 20 years, and I see the openess of it now as a plus….one of those scabs that has to bust wide open before it can ever start to heal. It’s going to bust soon. It will get worse before it gets better….but it will get better.

And the GOP e does run the party, but not totally. As Cruz showed, the insurgents can dominate the story at times.

Moreover, nothing is the same as it was….starting in 2009, the status quo of the last 40 years or so before then started to change. Things just are not the same, period.

Ted Cruz. Sarah Palin. Mike Lee. The Tea Party movement writ large.

It’s there if you look for it…..

Same old sorry excuse.
“Somebody else did it”
Truth: Romney did not sell himself well enough as a conservative in order to persuade the conservatives. They recognized a RINO when they saw him. (True conservative Republicans would be hard to find in MA, therefore Romney was always suspect).

The choice is yours. Just sit there and type and gripe or get out and work for someone you can believe in. I do it all the time. It works.

Well, perhaps two more years of complete control of the federal government by the Democrat Socialist Party will cause the majority of producers in this country to awaken from their confortable sleep, to begin to pay attention to what is happening to our Republic, and to start taking action.

Too, too many people who make this country run have been so busy with their day-to-day activities that they haven't paid attention to the very real threat posed to their comfortable lives by the demoncrat socialists, with the help of far-too-many dishonorable members of the GOPE.

An "electoral slap across the face" is perhaps just what is needed.

Sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't. But I sleep better knowing that I tried to positively affect my community.

Three of the half dozen that you named don’t even hold elected office. Some bad republicans? I think it’s far more accurate to say there are some good Repulicans. And when I say some the number that would actually pull the trigger to significantly reduce the power of the federal government would likely be single digit. The rest would need to be replaced through the electoral process, which is nearly impossible because the framers designed the system to prevent “throw the bums out” tactics. Article 5 was added to be a remedy for this very situation. In my opinion we should try to Elect as many Ted Cruz types as we can be just keep in mind this is not going to return us to a constitutional republic. It will only slow the decline into tyranny. In my opinion article 5 is the only solution that could actually work.

Yes, we do our best when we try. Nothing is ever perfect, but doing nothing makes us partially responsible for those things we bellyache about.

I, for one, am hoping for a disastrous 2014 for the Republicans. I’d much rather see conservatives win in November than Republicans.

There’s also that thing called primaries.

I guarantee you the whiners and bitchers here won’t do one thing to lift a finger and help get conservatives elected there either.

Are you retarded? High? Terminally stupid? HOW MANY GOP VOTED AGAINST THAT PACKAGE? I’m talking the ones who reliably vote against that stuff.

There’s your base. Build on it. Primaries are coming. You FR doommongers - get up off your lazy whiny asses and get involved and make change happen.

I’m tired of hearing the complaining and the excuses.

These guys are so negative and depressing I find no reason to read them.

Very soon now you will be asking why no one tried to tell us what was happening.

Of course, you won’t own it anymore, but you’ll be home……brilliant.

What makes you think you own your home now? You can never own anything as long as the government can tax you out of it.
