‘Disgusting’: NBC viewers not amused by actress Natasha Leggero’s mockery of Pearl Harbor vets

As Twitchy readers will recall, the makers of SpaghettiOs apologized last month for a crass Pearl Harbor day promotional tweet. Actress and “comedian” Natasha Leggero, a co-host of NBC’s New Year’s Eve special along with TV/radio personality Carson Daly, apparently decided to double-down on stupid with a New Year’s Eve swipe at America’s greatest generation.

Because nothing says festive like mocking WWII heroes who survived the Pearl Harbor raid.

More proof that Hollyweird sucks. Natasha Leggero, who ever the hell she is, is now on my boycott list.

Any sponsor of any program that employs Leggero should also be reminded of what kind of vermin they are. We must attack their source of funding, otherwise they will persist in bringing our western culture down.

I just went to Ms. Leggero's Facebook page, where I planned to give this woman a piece of my mind, but ultimately decided against it for two reasons: 1) Many other people had previously given Natasha Leggero ample helpings of their minds, and: 2) I figured that there is nothing that I could say which is not either redundant or so vile that I would be taking myself down to Ms. Leggero's level, or even lower. I went to Ms. Leggero's Facebook page thinking that I could provide her with some sort of "great insight" into her travesty cum depravity, but a cursory examination of her Facebook comments quickly showed me that such a belief was simply fatuous. Okay: I will admit my real reason for not posting anything on Natasha Leggero's Facebook page: I felt sorry for this pathetic excuse for a human being, even before I saw the Pearl Harbor comments. The woman now has physical beauty, but Time will eventually take that beauty, and leave Ms. Leggaro with that "Mylie-Cyrus-without-the-singing-talent" soul of hers, and that, to me at least, will be punishment enough!

It wasn't "surviving the raid" that made them heroes. It was burying their dead and getting to work on defeating the evil that killed them, often at the risk of their own lives.

This is why we became the USSA. The conservatives who should know better, prattle on and on about this stuff and the Duck Dynasty guy and what some girlyman said on ESPN. Meanwhile, the TSA is raping us, cops are breaking down our doors and shooting our dogs, our daughters' webcams are being turned on without their knowledge, and no one cares. And I'm not just talking about some crabby old FReeper who can't take a joke. I mean, National Review, talk radio, FNC. We've lost our liberty while feigning outrage over jokes.
