Well, Obama pals Bill Ayers and his equally sick and misguided wife, co-terrorist, Bernardine Dohrn, idolized Manson. In fact, their plans for America weren't too far off for Manson's Helter Skelter: to incite a race riot between blacks and whites, then take over from them once they've gained control.

'Dig It. First they killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them, they even shoved a fork into a victim’s stomach! Wild!'
