'10 Million Dollar Bigfoot Bounty' Judges Skeptical of Hunter's New Claims By Robert Chan
One of the judges from Spike's new "10 Million Dollar Bigfoot Bounty" calls Rick Dyer's assertion that he shot and killed a Sasquatch last year "completely worthless."
"Dude, I'm not going to take your word [for] it or your crappy picture. Show us real data," says Todd Disotell, a professor of anthropology at New York University who also runs NYU's Molecular Anthropology Laboratory.
Of course, Dyer's case is probably hurt by the fact that he was responsible for a Bigfoot hoax back in 2008, not to mention that he was a used car salesman before that and plans to go on tour with the now-stuffed body (which he says he shot in Washington, not San Antonio, as originally reported). "The second profit pops into science, science goes squiggly," concluded Disotell. "It's strange that he chose to have it taxidermied rather than have better-preserved live samples sent for testing," said Natalia Reagan, a primatologist who co-judges "Bounty" with Disotell and actor Dean Cain.

Just curious . . . do you believe Bin Laden is waiting to pop up like a Jack-in-the-Box?
I thought Michelle Obama was still in Hawaii?
Sounds like you think that the SEALs lied about the death of Bin-Laden?
Dude, I'm not going to take your word [for] it or your crappy picture. Show us real data...
Oh. Like "anthropogenic global warming," eh?
I'd like to see a DNA analysis.
Odds are great that there will never be any real proof of the death of either bigfoot or osama
The “shooter claims hes going to open a museum to display the body...
this should take what... five years?
Well I read Matt Bissonnettes book “No easy day” and he says the guy he shot looked nothing like OBL. And even if it was OBL, isn’t bringing a sense of closure to the families of the 911 victims more important than upsetting terrorists? That was the reason given by the Kenyan for not showing a photo of Bin-Ladens body “We don’t want to upset the radicals and put our troops in harms way” and then they went and downed a helicopter killing Seals ANYWAY which too me seems very suspicious so soon afterwards. And just why was OBL buried so quickly at sea “In accordance with Islamic law”? Excuse me? Islamic law? That POS should have been fed to pigs then had their waste flushed down the toilet to hell where he belongs. What we got here is a sitting US President bowing yet again to terrorism.
I think the fact that they were set up to be murdered speaks for itself.
Dead SEALS tell no tales.
I’m thinking the same. Remember not just Bigfoot but Orca too =)
Consider that the SEALs that killed Ben-Laden are all still with us (alive and well), I don’t see your point.
Not the first to shoot a BIGFOOT.

Someone murdered the SEALs that killed Bin Laden?
> P.T. Barnum would love this guy!
I’d like to see a DNA analysis.
You’ll never see it. You might hear every excuse in the book though sort of like the guy who’s promised to pay you every Friday for the last year but always seems to get his paycheck, cash it, then disappear only to reappear at work with a 2 day hangover on Monday.
Honestly, any jackass can provide a blurred picture as “proof” of just about anything. Preserve the body, DNA analysis, scientifically establish the subject...okay, great. Give him the money. Without that there is no “proof.” Even with there may be some squabbling and equivocation but them’s the breaks.
All I know is that, if I were making the call, and had that opportunity, Bin Laden would have been captured alive, and sent to the most secret hidey hole that our government had, to be interrogated forever, while we let the rest of the world and all his comrades think he was dead.
The known facts don’t seem to rule out that possibility, so who knows?
