MSNBC admitted that the December jobs report was dismal Friday.
CNBCs Michelle Caruso-Cabrera announced the newly released report number. Only 74,000 jobs were created in December, a number that fell significantly short of the 200,000 anticipated created jobs.
Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough commented Thats a horrific number and said that the newly added jobs number is the lowest seen in years.
Caruso-Cabrera confirmed Scarboroughs statement, saying that the newly added jobs number is in fact the lowest since January of 2011 and the number was very, very bad.

Only 74,000 jobs were created in December, a number that fell significantly short of the 200,000 anticipated created jobs. That is unexpected.

Mortgage default disaster, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were cooking the books. That, and GM, Chrysler and Ford were in deep financial trouble. Ford didn’t take the bait.................

MSLSD not just ignoring the pathetic gains and hyping the lower unemployment rate? Random act of journalism?

.....And this will play a very big factor in the upcoming midterms.

Only 74,000 jobs were created in December, a number that fell significantly short of the 200,000 anticipated created jobs. But so what? The unemployment rate is down to 6.7%.
What happened to their spinning skills?

None of this matters. Nothing’s going to change. The American people are hopelessly dumbed down. I just returned from a visit to my hometown, Pittsburgh, now called the People’s Republic of Pittsburgh. They are so indoctrinated and intoxicated with socialism, they are beyond hope. While many of them profess their dislike for Obama, they are fully on board with all his principles-—the reason for all of their problems is because the government isn’t doing enough. And it crosses all lines-—race, age, gender, etc. We’re screwed.
To: Red Badger
They forgot “the expected result of the socialist policies of the Obama administration”...
oh...
that would be the truth, can’t have that.

All of that quantitative easing money went into a propped-up stock market that now has no correlation to the inability to get ahead for most US citizens. And that money will disappear into thin air (which is where it came from) when stockholders cash out.
And the US taxpayer holds the bill for the bogus "lending" of money that went into the stock market. How dumb can the financial planners be?

Actually, that can be manipulated by government and has...
Just pass laws that result in people being cut from full time jobs to part time. More people are “employed” while individually working fewer hours and having less income.

What in the world happened in 2008 to cause that disastrous drop? Pick me! Pick me!
Thanks for that chart. It will come in handy.

Just keep removing the people that are out of work, claiming they left the job market. That will keep the unemployment number low as they then are not counted.
Then when obamma leaves the presidency, raise the numbers to where they legitimate are to screw the next Republican president.
