I can almost guarantee the SC will upheld King Obama. The Court is as corrupt as the King Obama Administration. I have no faith in our current Federal Government including the Senate and House.

Wondered what was offered or threatened to the Senate to pass these laws?

The United States is not a dictatorship, but that’s what it’s turning into given acceptance of relatively permanent “recess appointments” by a Governor or President.

I imagine Barry has already told SCOTUS to just sit down and shut up.

Exemption. The other day I heard Cruz speak and He related a story that happened when they were putting the ACA together. Harry Reid got upset when he heard that The Senate was going to be subject to Obamacare just like every other American citizen was and called a closed door session with the Obama and Pelosi. After they finished their closed door session and re-opened their doors they magically had an exemption. I guess that goes to show that they really do know what’s in it.

Beautiful statement from Cruz. And Fox gave him plenty of time to do it right—thank you, Fox.

The anti-filibuster rules change in the Senate was indeed about the judicial appointments. The 2nd Circuit ruled against Obama. How long will they be able to do that now? That is why the NY Times wants us to think the rules change is about abortion (to repeat myself).

Excellent op-ed in the Wall Street Journal about how Harry Reid is abusing his power. Not only changing the filibuster rule, but in many other ways.

Bonnie and Clyde running the country.

Agree!! Well worth a listen.

0 has ignored the recess clause. As Sen Cruz mentioned, by "appointing vacancies without senate confirmations - while Senators were in recess.

"Every President since Geo Washington" has followed the recess clause...that ONLY the Senate can decide when the Senate is in recess. NOT 0!!

He's asserted power that three other courts have said are un-Constitutional.

Sen Cruz also discuses the nuclear option and how 0's lawlessness is "intertwined" with it.

Again, excellent listen. Very educational. Yes, thank you Fox for giving Sen Cruz the time to clearly explain this.

Praying that SCOTUS will do the right, Constitutional thing, on this decision.

No Dems speak up because every single one of them are part of the coup on our Constitution. How many Pubbies are speaking out against 0bama’s lawlessness for that matter?

I think there are a few others. Rand, Gowdy, Lee, Gohmert and a few more. Not many though.
