Exactly. Brit is confusing “toughness” ie of principle and integrity with mafioso tactics.

The word brash comes to mind.
(No pun intended, bridge + crash = brash)

“Old-Fashioned Tough Guys Like Christie...”
Whoa, whoa, whoa, back the train up... Krispy Kreme doesn’t even make my top 1 million tough guys list.
Actually he reminds me of the guy in Deliverance that gets violated by the hillbilly’s. And in the end isn’t that what is really happening to him by the liberal media...they are making him squeal like a pig.

I think the main determinate to surviving these days is being white and being unable to pull the race card.

Brit Hume should go do something biologically impossible to himself. This goon went after Sarah Palin like a savage and is an addicted RINO Establishment type guy.
Sour grapes Hume.

if richard J daley of chicago had shut down lake shore drive to punish a rogue alderman, i can only imagine the apology coming from the alderman would be barely heard over the hearty laughter of the press

Definitely part of the problem...Ironic part is most of the women politicians who promote this feminized atmosphere are not too feminine themselves. Some are rough hewn like Jan Shakowski while other look like they belong to a dykes on bikes chapter like Barbara Mikulski
Hillary is non-feminine always has been except when she used to make an effort when Bill was president
