You misunderstood Dems, when they said ‘everybody’ they meant everybody who the law gives it to for free, not everybody in USA.
Its like keeping your policy if you want to.
They meant in October 2013 you can keep any policy that has not been changed at all since early 2009, which happens to be NONE of them. So they kept their promise.
