City ignored pleas to ax ‘lunatic’ principal

**SNIP**

Sills, 48, was a graduate of the DOE’s “Leadership Academy,” which trains principals, and had little teaching experience. Insiders said she lacked literacy skills, noting her invitation to a Nov. 23, 2005, holiday buffet “in honor of my gradutitude” to employees, including “security personel” and “custodially staff members.”

Sills ruled by threats and intimidation, ex-staffers complained. She “yells at a volume that resounds throughout the building, slams doors and uses foul language,” a 2006 letter to Condon claims.

That letter also accuses Sills of racism: “She has hired only black teachers and has targeted white teachers and a secretary.” Many left or were forced out.

One former teacher charged that Sills fabricated several observations, rated her “unsatisfactory” and then forged her signature on the documents.

Another interesting thing about that picture is the predominance of boys over girls: 26 out of 34. In the population of 13 year olds, one would expect very slightly more boys than girls about 51 out of 100, due to a higher number of boys among live births. This is the eighth grade, so pregnancy or marriage is not the likely explanation. If boys and girls (among what was then a largely Jewish population, apparently something like 31 of 34) were equally likely to graduate eighth grade, the chances of observing 26 boys in a class of 34 would be less than 0.07%. We can reject the hypothesis that girls graduated eighth grade as the same rate as boys. But why? (BTW, during World War II, median educational attainment among GIs was eighth grade. Having a HS diploma made you officer material.)

My son’s kindergarten teacher (many years ago) told me that black teachers could get away with abusing black children, it was disgraceful. That was in the 90s

The real problem is Phyllis Kaplan and her gang. The twin towers of Joan on either side of her, the unnecessarily sadistic Anna Goia, and the always violent Patricia Harty, all relegated to the standing row of the picture.

The locals are, all across America, arming up and taking notes.

Noteworthy is the deplorable reality that most teachers are:
1. In the bottom 10% of the IQ at their college.
2. Are socialists, environmentalists, even outright communists.
3. Virtually all are Teacher Goonion members.
4. Too many are de facto Constitution illiterates who would not recognize the document without a title.

If a teacher in the Pooblik Skrewl Collective is black, the odds are very high that ‘teacher’ either resents or outright hates whites.

The above applies far more to education “Administrators”, a class despised by nearly every teacher. Why? How about because administrators are paid more, and are empowered to interfere and critique ‘mere teachers’ even when said administrator had no classroom experience.

Never forget that life is an IQ test and teachers as a class are not living in the deep end of the IQ pool. Black teachers tend to group in the shallower end of the educator IQ pool.

Teachers, especially black teachers, know their own inadequacies and resent those who are smarter. They sense the public is becoming aware of the systemic failure of the educational systems. They also sense the coming public reaction to discovery of what educators have done to their children.

That is why their goonion is openly communist and they support even openly child molesting teachers. They are circling their wagons, folks.

As America seems to be on a course for imposition of tyranny via martial law, for Civil War, a race war, ad nauseam - Americans might consider who their real enemies are before the coming storm breaks and their enemies get the advantage of surprise.

Regretfully, I must note that all too many of American educators from pre-school through grad school are neither America’s friends not our friends.

Know the truth and the truth shall set you free.

Know your real enemies and you may be able to retain your freedom.

While I might characterize the split as urban vs. non-urban, there does seem to be a backlash blooming..

its OK because they are in their last year, everything was cool until a couple of years back, and they are one of the chief agitators at school for questioning the libtard comments

When a teacher says “global warming is causing [libtard issue here]” they ask them how they can make a blanket statement like that as fact, when AGW is a THEORY (and not a very good one)- it annoys the crap out of them

This is nothing new. About 35-40 years ago, there was some kind of scandal at a NYC Public School, and when the black female principal was queried by a tv reporter replied “I ain’t got no comment!”

There’s probably at least another 100 principals almost as bad as her, or otherwise her behavior would have stood out so much from the rest that even the kommies who run the NY school system would have recognized what an aberration from the norm that she is.

You “get it”!

Nearly every teacher in this nation ( both private and government school) were trained by godless Marxists in Marxist run colleges and universities.

While conservatives run around like flies with their wings pulled off, chasing the political issue of the day, the Marxists are laughing at us. The Marxists have the kids. If they continue to have the kids they will win.

Oh! And...A warning to homeschooling families and those who think they can “deprogram” their kids:

The votes of homeschoolers and the “deprogramed” will be overwhelmed by the indoctrinated low information voter. All will wear the same yoke of tyranny.

Only 100? Virtually all the small new schools created by Bloombutt are headed by a graduate of his garbage "Leadership Academy". Many of these newly minted principals and administrators barely spent any time in a classroom. Most of them are young enough to be the children of veteran teachers in the system. They are very dogmatic about the crap drilled into them in the "Leadership Academy" and refuse to use the experience of the veteran teachers. They are usually pure misery itself to deal with, because "they know better" as they quote from the "Little Red Book" of the "Leadership Academy".

I remember one of them arguing fiercely with me about my not using my title in front of my last name. No Mr., Mrs., Ms. allowed. "We want to empower the children," this dimwit L.A. graduate droned, "and using titles will alienate them and make them feel powerless." Huh? I never heard such drivel in my life! We finally settled on calling me by the initial of my last name. I am NOT making this up!! How does it help the kids to be calling their teachers by their first names?

It was totally weird for me to hear, "Oh, I got Lauren's project done", "Paul, Paul, I know the answer!", "Wow, Asha totally lost it in class today when LaCrappa was acting out!"
