Madison Project, a conservative political action committee, plans to launch a billboard campaign in Kentucky hitting Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) for rising healthcare costs and the debt.
McConnell has staked the Senate GOP message on criticizing President Obama for these problems but the conservative groups campaign will argue the GOP leader is equally to blame.

The group has launched three billboard designs that will go up in counties around Kentucky, each asking, What have Mitch McConnells 29 years in Washington gotten you? On one version, the answer is [a] 71-percent increase in your healthcare costs, on another it is $57,000 in new debt for every citizen of Kentucky.
A third version credits McConnells tenure in the Senate with steering $700 billion of your dollars to bail out Wall Street.
McConnell likes to tout his supposed clout and power but after 29 years in Washington, hard-working Americans are left with the same culture of higher taxes, more debt, special interest kickbacks and bailouts, said the Madison Projects Drew Ryun, announcing the campaign.
The billboards will go up in Clay, Laurel, Madison, Pulaski and Whitley counties.
The group faults McConnell for negotiating a deal with Democrats in 2011 to raise the nations debt limit. It also criticized him for not staunchly supporting Sen. Ted Cruzs (R-Texas) effort to oppose any government funding bill that included funds for ObamaCare, which led to a 16-day government shutdown in October.
The harmful effects of the McConnell debt ceiling plan speak louder than his carefully written speeches, said Ryun. Worst of all, McConnell has completely sabotaged the only effort to halt ObamaCare funding before the law becomes impossible to repeal.

Some here would have us vote for this man in the general election in order to keep a Democrat from getting the seat.
I say there is no difference.
Liberal republicans are so much worse. They rampage through with their destruction unopposed
The destruction Romney and Ryan would be doing right now is frightening to imagine. Amnesty health care ripping off the military
By the way, the American people barely blinked at the last budget agreement, last week, bringing the admitted to debt to $18 trillion, taking money from military families. Career military. Not a peep
Since Viet Nam, when prostors put it into the national consciousness that the military individual is responsible for what conflicts our country is involved in
They are wrongly put, by American public into an enabling role.
No
The conflicts we are in are the choice of the Congress. And people forget that they are in charge of congress. It is that way regardless of how corrupt congress is. If people don’t call out congress for being corrupt its because they are themselves corrupt and unwilling to therefore demand honesty
But the fact is that the American people are in charge of what conflicts we are onvolved in, as well as the enemy themselves
But breaking a financial agreement with career military, led by ryan, went through without a peep from the American people.
Republicans can smash conservatives. And when they do it is run through without a fight
Liberal republicans are worse than democrats

In McConnell’s particular case, should he be the nominee, I would advocate voting for the democrat, so that he is removed from power and the republicans in the senate would get new leadership, preferably one that doesn’t undermine conservatives at every turn.
McConnell has done nothing except be a mealy-mouth Rino.
Kentucky, get rid of him.
Get a conservative, not a liberal. Dems=Libs; Rinos=Libs.
Get some tea!
We need to spend our money advocating for primary opponents not tearing down bad republicans with no alternative.
