“Here is Lee Bright’s campaign website address.”

Too bad there’s no way on that site to buy raffle tickets, nor can I google a way either. I was gonna buy some tickets: great way to contribute.

Go to the linked site mainpage and look at the lower right quadrant. You can navigate from there easily to where the raffle information is. As best as I can tell there’s no need to pay to enter—but I still donated $50 to his campaign after entering the raffle.

Good luck.

"Bright began the email with a reference to the tragic mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Conn., in 2012, which spurred a resurgent but ultimately futile call for gun control in Congress."

We are advised to NOT judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but we are encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the actions of a few lunatics. Funny how that works.

"I would hope that Mr. Bright is bright enough to return the firearm to the store it was purchased on, and require the contest winner to go through the background check, etc... themselves."

From Bright's site:

Please know that you must be at least 18 years old, and will be required to pass a background check in order to receive the prize.

I plan on entering the raffle, and supporting his senate run actively.

I donated 25 bucks and entered the raffle. What the heck, I’ll probably lose but I’ll still be supporting one of the good guys.

If Sarah Brady can get away with it, he can, too. Besides, if he requires the winner to get a background check, what’s the problem?

Funny thing...I got that email from the Bright campaign about 10 minutes after I turned off a Lyndsgay Radio interview he was doing here locally in the Upstate of SC. That POS Graham made me so mad, I went right to that Bright website, entered the raffle for the rifle and donated 50 bucks! Thanks for the prompt Lynsgay !
