One control is established by the state, it’s not going away (without revolution).

This is one of those moments in history, isnt it? I think we've crossed the line. Not just this situation, but a number of recent incidents. The government has thrown out the laws. Like the UK, we now have an unwritten constitution -- the administration is running wild now and will not be easily stopped.

>> The Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB)... said the program ran afoul of the law on several fronts.
Well, the PCLOB built the case. It remains for someone to take the case they have built to trial.
Would Ubama subject his imperial self to the outcome of the trial?

Jay Carney hasn’t been at a real WH meeting since he hired on, the little parasite.

Is this where we can use the phrase “speaking truth to power”, or is that reserved for Libs criticizing Republican presidents?

My take, is it’s a house of cards. After all our trouble. I don’t think we are going to have to do anything. I think the whole thing is going to collapse on itself. I don’t see army’s marching. It reminds me of Woodrow Wilson’s last days.

Too bad Bush isn't still President. I'm sure the media would love to jump all over this, but not when their selected boy-king is in office.
They'll sit on this until a Repub takes office, then, like the homeless, this will magically reappear and be made to look like his fault.
