House Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) sat down with The Daily Show host Jon Stewart on Thursday for a contentious interview. The interview became tense when Stewart attempted to get Pelosi to explain why government appears to function so poorly to the outside observer. When Pelosi attempted to explain why this was the case, Stewart became even more agitated.
“Right now, we have a school of thought in the House Republican caucus that is anti-government, anti-science, anti-Obama,” Pelosi said when asked about the nature of governance in Washington. “They have a trifecta that just enables them to vote against everything.”
Stewart said that Democrats are then required to make a stronger case. He said that Democratic governance now appears “chaotic” and their execution of legislation appears to “lack efficiency.” When Pelosi again blamed Republicans for this condition, Stewart became even more agitated.
When he asked why it was so difficult to get a company to execute the Affordable Care Act’s insurance exchange website “competently,” Pelosi replied, “I don’t know.”
“What do you mean you don’t know? How do you not know?” Stewart asked laughing.
Pelosi called the failed website “shameful,” but noted that it is improving....

Pelosi stealthfully sneaks into our island every year around Christmas time , stays at resorts that charge her over $10K per night for the best villa suite that she likes and then lurks off to a local noted plastic surgeon to get God only knows what done to her face . All this costs our county 10’s of 1000’s of $ , reported when media pries it out of them , but otherwise nobody says a damn thing about it . We are not even her constituency . I have the utmost contempt for this woman . She is the penultimate hypocrite .

She is really stupid. I can’t believe she is House Minority Leader. Democrats need to get her out of that position ASAP. I mean it is good for us but she is just plain stupid.

Often I have wondered about her intelligence because she does come of as really stupid. On the other hand, she became speaker and she hammered them to get her agenda passed. That couldn’t have been easy.
Maybe it’s just an act she puts on or those stupid enough to believe her.
That video blew my mind for a second there. Pelosi’s hands creep me out and so naturally they catch my attention, anyhow, she’s moving her hands all around and brings them together and then I hear a crunchy, cracking sound!??? I thought my gawd, woman! you’re cracking your knuckles over and over in front of the world but then I realized it was her bracelet hitting the desk. She’s a trip, I really think she’s an android or something similar.
Could be. I am just pissed at her about that trifecta bull crap and didn’t really think about anything else but being pissed and saying whatever came out of my mouth.

They have not lost Stewart, he said Republicans don’t believe in science and made fun of them.
