Since the substance is illegal, there is no dose.That's what happens when you get accustomed to bureaucracrats running everything. They hijack the proper scientific / clinical meanings of words and replace them with statutory / regluatory meanings.
IMHO, being able and willing to easily integrate that change into and replace those meanings in our thought processes is not a good thing.

Fentanyl is the same drug the Russians used on the terrorist in the theater. It's a synthetic drug that can be made strong enough to sedate elephants. I've seen it in the form of lollipops and adhesive patches for pain.
