Top House Republicans slammed President Obama’s embrace of executive action to move his agenda forward on Sunday, saying the president’s freelancing creates a trust deficit that makes bipartisan legislating more difficult.
“We have an increasingly lawless presidency where he is actually doing the job of Congress, writing new policies and new laws without going through Congress. Presidents don't write laws, Congress does,” Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., told ABC. “Executive orders are one thing, but executive orders that actually change the statute, that's totally different.”

Emperor Obama, history lesson
There are a lot of comparisons to be made between Caligula, the Roman emperor, and our current president.
Caligula was loved by most of the working class until he started feeding them to the lions, cutting off their limbs when they disagreed with him and changing Roman culture to get what he wanted. He became the most feared and despised ruler in history.
Our president isn’t far behind. He’s much better at getting what he wants than Caligula was. He kills us with his smiles while telling us what we want to hear, then does what he wants anyway, like Caligula.
He claims executive privilege when we protest, interprets the Constitution the way he needs it to be, and spends our money like it was his. All the while knowing that by the time the politicians or courts decide to act, he is well down the road with his own agenda.
Unfortunately, the end result is health care that doesn’t work, an IRS we can’t trust, a national debt we can’t pay off, the NSA that can spy on us, with no accountability in sight.
Americans still wait with breathless anticipation for this president to find out who really is responsible for killing our ambassador to Libya. The video explanation he gave us has been proven false, and guess what, terrorists and terrorism still exist.
Welcome to the new America, where our emperor has new clothes only a few can see.
Meanwhile, the GOPe is busy trying give amnesty to millions of foreign lawbreakers. We’re in heap big trouble, Kemo Sabe. Through Barry’s “fundamental transformation”, America has become a nation of lawlessness.

Sorry to break it to you, but you’re completely off base. The problem is not illegal immigration (which is mostly people who want to be here) but legal immigration.
Legality or illegality is determined by the laws of the country in question, and these can be changed at any time.
You are aware that Obama issued an executive order soon after he was immaculated that took away from the legal Latin American quota to give it to people from “Muslim lands,” right? I thought not.

And Ryan wants to pass a stupid amnesty bill that will give Obama more laws to ignore and selectively enforce (enforce amnesty for illegals and ignore border security).
Ryan is coming off lately like either a fool, or an ally of Obama and the leftists.
