Yes Boehner is a heavy, heavy drinker. The man parties hard.

But you should also know that magnificently-groomed, he is easily Congress' best-dressed fellow. He is debonair and smooth with the ladies, will drive hundreds of miles to go to a party, is unfailingly polite, a very good ball room dancer, and socially adept. He never met a pretty blonde he didn't like. As far as the drinking goes, he hardly ever falls down, and although his speech is known to thicken somewhat, he hardly ever slobbers.

When he is finally primaried out of his very safe seat seat (unlikely since he is in a gerrymandered district exclusively populated by wealthy blue-haired matrons and widows who think the world of their Johnny and love it when he cries) he will be a dyn-o-mite lobbyist.

His wife puts up with him and so should you. Don't sell Johnny Boner short. It's his job to sell you short.
