S. government spokesman which so clearly ignores, refutes, and objects to the very premise of the American philosophical foundation, that "All men are endowed by their Creator . . . ." with life, liberty and the right to pursue happiness as individuals?
To Emanuel and the "progressive" regressives he represents in the current Administration, the individual life is valued only with regard to the value imperfect human beings like himself have placed upon it--based on their likewise imperfect formula for determining that value.

I don't like it either. It's Obamacare lite. It has all the potential to be as expensive as Obamacare with it's subsidies and tax credits. It increases in my taxes. It'll drive companies towards dropping their healthcare and dumping people on the government plan, just like Obamacare does. It's not a solution.
Why would one even consider asking HIS opinion? Good grief! No Marxist is going to like a free-market plan. That is a no-brainer! We don’t need his opinion, nor do we need Obama’s. This needs to pass, and if it doesn’t, then it needs to be reintroduced in 2015, after the new Congress is in session.
Here is a substantial real world reason why having rights “endowed by the Creator” is so essential to civil society. It is the very thing that stands in the way of the Progressive design to totally control society; to be run by experts like Emanuel.

The author spends a lot of time on policy pricing, but to me the most hateful aspect is that I am forced to buy a product which is useless to me. In effect, the policies available have such outrageously high deductibles that it is really just catastrophic insurance. I will be FORCED to pay for an expensive but useless POS that will provide zero benefits to me except in a major catastrophe.
