Unprecendented Lawlessness: More changes ahead? Obama defends repeat tweaks to health law

President Obama signaled Tuesday he'd be open to more changes in the implementation of his signature health care law, as he defended a newly announced delay in the requirement on companies to provide insurance.

The president addressed the changes during a joint press conference with French President Francois Hollande, who is in Washington on an official state visit. Under criticism from Republicans for repeatedly tweaking the implementation of the health care law, Obama said the latest delay was meant to help employers operating in "good faith" so that no one is "unnecessarily burdened" or punished.

"This was [an] example of, administratively, us making sure that we're smoothing out this transition," Obama said. Without going into detail, the president suggested the administration would continue to be flexible on the law.

"Where we've got companies that want to do the right thing and they're trying to work with us, we want to make sure that we're working with them as well. And that's going to be our attitude about the law generally -- how do we make it work ... in an optimal sort of way," he said.

The administration on Monday announced a second delay for the so-called employer mandate. It had initially been pushed off until 2015, but in a concession to business, Treasury Department officials announced Monday that the administration would not enforce the rules across the board next year.

States who have the moral and legal authority to face the lawless Marxist and neo-fascist revolutionaries in Washington and say a loud, unequivocal, “NO!”

Obama’s Vision: A Totalitarian State

America is being transformed, right before our eyes. It’s one of the only promises the serial liar in the White House has kept. But the Republican Establishment still hasn’t caught on, or else they think that somehow they will manage to hold on to the power and privilege of their current elite status. They think their businesses won’t be subject to government take-over, that their wealth and property won’t be confiscated, that their children won’t be pressed into service as cannon-fodder in the New Military.

“The time has arrived to actively put all the pressure that We, the People, can muster on our state senators and representatives to officially declare our ties to the unconstitutional, fraudulent government in Washington null and void. It is in the states that the most power was intended by the Founders to reside, and it is the states who have the moral and legal authority to face the lawless Marxist and neo-fascist revolutionaries in Washington and say a loud, unequivocal, “NO!”

The key to winning elections in America is to appeal to the Low Information Voter.

The Low Information Voter usually is as follows:
* Despises Politics;
* Spends as little time and effort as possible before deciding who to vote for;
* Usually votes for the Candidate with the best speaking voice;
* Often votes for the most attractive face, as seen on Television;
* Accepts as a matter of lost hope that whoever is voted in taxes will continue to go up, and Government will continue to get worse.

Thus, Boehner keeps his expensive tan, dresses to the nines, when he speaks on TV he lowers his chin to deepen his voice, flashes his baby blues when taking about wupping up on the Dems, and NEVER admits that he has had a perfect record of failure as Speaker.

Forget about the Ohio voters! They just send Boehner TO the House.

The House MEMBERS elect their own Speaker.

Thus, keeping a total failure of a Speaker, (which Boehener certainly is), on as Speaker is due to the insanity of the House Members.

Or, maybe it is just because RINO House Members have gotten so comfortable with losing, that they always chose to lose?

the waivers are only for businesses, not individuals.

....but they don't get the waiver if they lay off any employees.

If the next Republican decides to give everyone a permanent exemption from Obamacare without approval from Congress, Democrats won’t have any legitimate argument against it, because they never criticized Obama for changing Obamacare without approval from Congress.

The only way he goes away is if the she-devil steals the next election. She’s the only one with balls enough to throw his azz out.

It must be pretty bad when we entertain the thought that The Rodham would actually be better than The Lawless One.

every day there are so many more reasons why govt should not be arbiter, lawmaker, and provider of insurance.

So many reasons continue piling up.

we are just the peasants and we can do nothing about any of this, and I guess they all know it.....

So were my ancestors. The older one responded as a sergeant to the Lexington Alarm, on April 19, 1775. Later, as a Captain, he fought at the first battle of Saratoga. The younger one was also at first Saratoga.

The younger became the son in law of the older after the revolution was won. Married the Captains daughter he did.(but not His Captain's).

The older one was also a member of his town's Committee of Correspondence before the shooting started. Their town is about 12-14 miles from Concord's North Bridge. The next town in that direction, Acton, had it's militia and minutemen in the van at the bridge.

They were just farmers, but they kicked Lobsterback ass nonetheless. They were also free men, and intended to stay that way.

Look up Sam Whitmire, of Menotomy (present day Arlington, MA) He was too old for militia service, and was an immigrant from England. When the retreating Regulars passed his house, he attacked. Killed three of them before being overwhelmed. He was bayoneted several and shot at least once. The doctors at first triaged him as hopeless, but some neighbors carried him in on a door. The tough old coot lived into his 90s.

Those ancestors, and old Sam, would be ashamed of us. But they might not be shooting.. yet. They didn't start shooting until the Redcoats came for their arms. Then they shot a lot of them, on the very first day.

I wonder if that was ever mentioned during Pelosi's secret meetings.
