For Republicans who want to repeal the Affordable Care Act, there is a major problem: many people may hate the law, but just as many like it.
“The thing that bothers me is people constantly forget that all politics is local, and that there’s great variation in the extent to which the law is accepted or is going to work. It’s state by state,” says Austin Frakt, an associate professor of public health at the Boston University School of Public Health and co-author of the popular Incidental Economist blog. “It’s not fair to say we’ll repeal the whole thing because there’s half the states that are cool with it.”

Even with the subsidy, the deductibles on those plans are staggering. Once they realize they’re never going to hit the yearly cap, I bet they won’t be so thrilled.
Even if the Feds “ had to” keep a welfare medical program for a few million obamacare enrollees, it will be immensely beneficial to repeal the rest of the law impacting the other 300 miion Americans ( and seriously depressing g our economy). Exercising the freedom to go without health insurance, who pays the emergency room bills of those without insurance, if they don’t have enough money to pay for emergency treatment?

I am giving myself the freedom to go without health insurance. This law is slavery, I will not comply. Best I’ll do is join a Christian Medishare group. Fed Gov has overstepped big time.
I’m sure people who receive health care paid for by someone else love it... The people forced to pay for it not so much...
