I wholeheartedly agree. We also have contributed to conservative candidates, as well as to our church and some charities. The whole package probably made us a target. Your $7000 was small compared to what they charged us with. Ours was also resolved with nothing owed. Our CPA told us he had 19 clients going through exactly the same thing last year.

Remember, in 1974 one of the Articles of Impeachment against then-President Nixon was the threatened use of the Internal Revenue Service against Nixon’s political enemies. President Obama is now running the risk of Impeachment becuase this has become more than a threat—we now have documented evidence at least one IRS field office—and possibly more—engaged deliberately in harassing Conservative-leaning 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) groups.

These IRS abuses are but a small indicator of the corruption that pervades the Ophonybama administration, but should be a huge rallying point for We the People!

I, for one, hope that the criminal enterprise known as the Ophonybama administration keeps it up!

Seems like every day, Ophonybama and his LIEberal etc., etc. cronies do something to insult the US Constitution or We the People. Every day, we are closer to the tipping point.

One has to wonder how many federal employees the Ophonybama administration has corrupted?

SCOTUS has ruled that “No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.” (Sixteenth American Jurisprudence, Second Edition, Section 177. (late 2nd Ed. Section 256))

Inasmuch as ALL federal employees swear to “preserve, protect and defend the US Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic,” then one could rightly suggest that those federal employees who violate their oath are criminals and should be punished to the full extent of the law.

HST, though, since the entire Ophonybama administration is a criminal enterprise, it may take some other method to reign in their criminal behavior. They show absolutely no indication they are willing to change their ways and do what is right and proper for America.

Furthermore, the Republicans don’t seem to have the intestinal fortitude to engage in the kind of political warfare that would lead to a lawful solution to the problem!

It is obvious that the “Checks and Balances” built into the US Constitution are not strong enough to prevent or curtail the kind of criminal activity we see on a daily basis FRom the Ophonybama administration.

A new paradigm is needed, and I don’t know what it might be. Sure hope we can come up with some way to stop the runaway Ophonybama train!

We’ll need all hands on deck, that is fer shure, fer shure!

I was one that mentioned that a long time ago.

We absolutely need a <<<<< HUGE >>>> class action RICO lawsuit, led by some of the brightest constitutional lawyers of our day, with someone like Ben Carson as a spokesperson for the group. We need to hunt down and punish every IRS agent who has done this and send people to jail. No slap on the wrist, these people need to be made examples of. This needs to be huge, public takedown. We have got to fight back against this American gestapo. our entire political process and the security of being able to speak out is being undermined.
Maybe one lawsuit for companies, non-profits, etc, and one for individuals.
What could we do to get the ball rolling?

The people who have been affected should speak up - don’t let the “gestapo” tactics win. Every citizen should be offended by the IRS tactics. Your voices need to be heard!
