Well, he’s right. Cuomo’s gun control laws should be blamed.

"It can't be good," said Fran Madore, president of United Mine Workers Local 717, which represents 1,180 of the 1,300 Remington employees in Ilion. "How can it be good?"
Well Fran, from my point of view, it's a very good thing for those who value Freedom and their Constitutional rights. I almost feel bad for idiots like yourself who subsidize these marxists, but I really just hope you go straight to hell.

many of the union folks, and most union leadership voted for thelib politicians who passed the safe act.
i cnnotfeel sorry, for these particular people. you vote for libtards, you get laws from libtards, and live under the consequences of libtard laws.

This is what the people of New York voted for - more government, more socialism, more theft of other people’s money, etc.

"The community began to flourish starting around 1816 when Eliphalet Remington created his first gun, which would later grow into the Remington Arms company. The community was even further advanced with the completion of the Erie Canal in 1825."

I sincerely hope that Fran will lose her union position and spend some time flipping burgers at McDonalds.

"How can it be good?"It will liberate 1300 people from the drudgeries of work. They can stay home, raise their kids, and pay their obamacare premiums. It is the republicans that want people to work so hard, and they are leaving the state. What are you complaining about?

"The SAFE Act has been a terrible thing from the beginning," he said. "You'd think New York would be doing everything to keep us. Instead, it passes a law that cripples us."Naive or stupid, or both?

And yet their union will continue to support the Democrat pols who voted for it. And support Obama’s war on coal too, Mr. Mine Worker.

that's a shame. i visited the illion plant 20 years back, was struck by the pride and level of craftsmanship of the workers. they made a great product, in this case shotguns was the process i saw.
if memory serves, the place was founded by the original remington around the revolutionary war period. they still have one of the guns he made.
you wonder, does anybody in the NY state government ever think that maybe sometime in the future you might want a local arms maker? i mean those guys have been there 200 years, that's a lot of history to arrogantly turn over.
sometimes things change, and not for the good.

I hope Remington doesn’t bring a whole lot of NYers with them it might poison the water.
