Congratulations. The health law says that, once you join a qualified plan, you won't pay more out of pocket per year than $6,350 for an individual and $12,700 for a family. Insurance plans do have to pay for non-network emergency visits under the health law. That means you could be billed for the full cost of an emergency visit - up to the out-of-pocket limit.

You have to click on the arrow on the lower right to continue reading since the article is in Detroitfreepress which is not allowed here. If you are forced in to the morass known as the (un)affordable care act, you may just find out how unaffordable it really is. More restrictions=less care. But wasn't that the goal?

Congratulations? My wife and I are going to have to pay “ONLY” $12,700 dollars for healthcare this year? Where’s the flippin’ $2500 bucks that ***hole told me that ObamaCare was going to put in my pocket? I don’t do “medical” marijuana so I can’t get a handle on this commie crap.

It’s actually a Kaiser Health News story.
Like it says, avoid out-of-network emergencies at all costs. You will get care — that’s mandated by EMTALA — but you’ll be crushed by the balance billing.

Canada guards their borders.. has tough immigration standards.. I recall hearing they had a point system. So many points for a degree, more for an advanced degree, more if it's in a STEM field. Extra points for fluency in Froggish as well as English. Extra for being prime-aged as opposed to very young or ancient. Etc.
That's how our immigration ought to work.

But, but Magic Johnson says it’s a good thing!
I’m so sick of seeing him peddle this cr@p - especially knowing he’ll never have to suffer the ills of 0Care.

Tip One: Dont sign up.It is common to read that the gun-grab fiasco in Connecticut is the largest act of (criminal') disobedience is US history.
The wholesale ignoring of the Obamacare 'obligation' to sign up is actually bigger by orders of magnitude.
Are there enough 'willing executioner' bureaucrats to arrest and possibly kill everyone who refuses to obey a clearly unconstitutional 'order?'
