Officials at the University of Alabama are facing criticism for taking down a student organization’s pro-life display. The poster, which features pictures of unborn babies and mothers who died after an abortion, was sponsored by student group Bama Students for Life. University officials stated that the display was taken down after they received complaints that the images were graphic and offensive.

So if I see a poster advertising a homo erotic play and I complain because I’m offended the university will take that poster down too right!
Lets be honest here.
It makes them unhappy because it labels those who have had abortions murderers, which makes them very unhappy when the truth of what they did is placed in front of them.
Soft tyranny that is testing how far it can go to repress Christian and conservative speech.
Yesterday, Bubba Watson won a golf tournament in Los Angeles. He is a Christian. In a post-round interview he talked about being blessed and this being a year of rejoicing. He carefully avoided the word God and Christ. I’m sure intentionally. He’s probably been coached to keep the G-word and C-word to himself.
But ripping a baby limb from limb isn’t offensive? These people are crazy. No, their evil.

Adam & Steve play posters have been up at different universities. An even larger majority disaproved over them. Where was the outrage then?
They promote speech for leftists, jihadis, black separatists, feminazis and other demented individuals, but block it for normal people.
It is our sinful nature to be embarrassed and angry when the truth confronts us.
Redo the poster, supporting abortion, and put smiley faces on it.
The left will NEVER relent on abortion, for to do so... would be to admit that THEY THEMSELVES are murderers.
And not just any murderer, but partially responsible for the greatest holocaust in world history.
The students should lodge a complaint about every display posted there from this time forward.
See if they follow the same procedure.
You want “graphic and offensive?” Try looking at the dismembered body of an unborn child! Or just read about the brain-sucking procedure euphemistically sanitized as “late-term abortion.”

I want clarification from the University on the number of complaints it requires to get them to act to censor free speech.
If this is their rule, then let’s see it written out. 5 complaints? 10? 250? What is it? Because what we know is that they are lying. They are censoring because THEY, the faculty, don’t like it.
Make them state a number, ensure that the next Vagina Monologues or whatever, exceeds that number of complaints, and then hit them with a massive civil rights lawsuit if they don’t remove it.
One of the teachers in a nearby building came out and removed the "= Murder" portion a few hours after we had completed the display -- and I was actually okay with that, because we likely went a little too far for a mainstream message, but I felt our freedom of speech was protected because the teacher did leave up an abortion protest and did not destroy the message in the fliers.
On the other hand, the example cited in the article IS censorship and repression of freedom of speech.
No. You would be placed on probation for being intolerant.
Better yet, rewrite your sign to praise abortion for keeping the numbers of black Americans at “manageable levels”. Quote the numbers of black babies aborted and note what their births would have done for democrat voting patterns.
Then sit back and watch the liberal heads explode.
