Secretary of State John Kerry spent his weekend discussing climate change in Indonesia.

In case you’re wondering, flying first class from Washington to Seoul to Beijing to Jakarta to Abu Dhabi and then back to Washington runs up roughly 12.16 metric tons of carbon dioxide, according to CarbonFootprint.com, which uses data from the EPA and Department of Energy.

The average American generates about 19 tons of carbon dioxide in a year.

Look, Kerry and Al are allowed to create all those carbon gasses because they are trying to save the planet.

He is using US borrowed $$$ to pay for carbon credit offsets, pays for planting some trees.

We must reward those who try to save the planet, even if that means we have to live in a tent to do it.

Point out this hypocrisy to a leftist and they’ll just ridicule you for not understanding that it is an “investment”.

Maybe they'll give him a Nobel Prize for his hypocrisy like they did Al Gore.

You do realize that this is quite possible, don't you?

Right afer they give Hillary one for her outstanding statesmanship in bringing peace to Syria

Like Bono, who tours the world in private jets, transporting tons of equipment in tractor trailers so he can sing songs and make millions, lecturing the minions on their emissions.

It really is about the elitism.
Once you achieve a certain level of lifestyle, you can only marginally improve it by becoming richer.

However, by making others’ lifestyle significantly less, you increase the difference, and therefore make yourself more “special” than you were.

I believe this is a prime motivator for these elitists.

I’m sure he and the witch Teresa more than make up for it in their personal lives by living a very eco-friendly Spartan lifestyle.

(Do I really need the tag?)

I have said before that I may take these jokers (somewhat) seriously if they were to have a ‘conference’ say in Australia and all arrived and went home by Canoe, Sailboat, Gliders, or maybe a few ‘no frills’ Ocean Cargo Liners and walked to the camp ground where they would stay in their ‘Tent City’.

You get serious and we (may) start listening.

Almost as bad as people hiring Willy Sutton to lecture the rest of us on the good points of keeping your money in the bank and a week later he robs the bank(s) in the town he was lecturing in.

Great answer(quote) by W Sutton...
“Because that is where the money is”.
