The Speaker wants it. Prominent Republicrats want it. Industry and lobbyists have promised big rewards.
The DNC wants it because it will be a massive power shift in the electorate that will heavily favor them.
Who’s on the side of who? Is this inevitable with the current power brokers?

Don't worry, they'll push it through at an emergency

Oh, then we have nothing to worry about! Boner is going to wait until "...President Odungo proves he can be a trustworthy partner to implement the law as written..."
And just exactly when has this lying pile of steaming brown stuff proven to be a "trustworthy partner"? Not any time I've heard about.

There's widespread doubt about whether this administration can be trusted to enforce our laws. After five years of dealing with a habitual liar, Boehner has just figured this out?

I'm not one to advocate vionlence. Don't think it accomplishes much. Can't the power brokers in the US, across the political spectrum, understand the mess we're in? If the population in the US isn't stabilized, our national identity isn't re-established, and the underclass isn't put back to work, it won't take much for the US to ignite.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE ELITISTS?

Amnesty for illegal aliens was probably the single biggest reason for the GOP debacles in the 2006 and 2008 election cycles.
The issue on its own is troublesome enough, but I'm convinced that the GOP lost those elections because a huge chunk of middle-class American voters stayed home out of disgust for a Federal government that pisses away thousands of lives and hundreds of billions of dollars on idiotic wars halfway around the world ... while it is hell-bent on allowing millions of foreign invaders to pour through our borders here at home.

Well, Obama being treacherous has a silver lining.
Boehner is right. Obama could turn something that at least the GOPe could swallow, into a nightmare.
A good reminder why Congress would best earn its keep right now, just sitting on its hands as much as possible.
