Ruger is in the orange.

had to settle for 7.62 x 39.
Just kidding, best of luck at getting a new path. Hang in there and be tough and resourceful.
My prayers are with you!
I also recently purchased an SP101 for my everyday CCW piece.
//////////
Does that come in more than one caliber? And, if so, which caliber do you recommend in that model?
They are available in .327 and .357. I chose the .357 model as I can use both .38 Spl and .357 magnum.
I own a 10-22 (my second; son “got” the first one years ago) and I once owned an LCP. Didn’t like it; sold it and bought a S&W Bodyguard .380. Love it!
HST, I have also owned several other Rugers, and I liked them. I am not surprised their stock is doing well.
Ophonybama has turned out to be the best gun/ammo salesman in American history. Bet he has stock in Ruger and S&W. LOL!
I second that.
Buy some ATK as well. Ammo maker Federal/Blazer/CCI etc. Look at that chart. It is still a very cheap company.
I have a Ruger SR40C that I love.
small enough to carry and conceal, and has both a 9 and 15 shot magazines.
Both charts look good. lf someone asked me to say something positive about the Obama Presidency would have to say “he has been a stimulus for firearms sales.”
They make a mongrel 9mm model too with moonclips...very strange but I know people buy ‘em, I suppose to take advantage of having 9mm ammo.
The .357 is a fun, sturdy little brute, especially with some Hogue grips on it. Take a look Tex, but beware...once you hold it you’re going to want to buy it!

Thank you for your reply. Makes sense.

Sounds like good advice. Thank you!
That was all it took for me. Sweet little revolver, that one.
Why are these companies so cheap? I just can't figure it out?
Love to shoot it...keep it in my night table next to my bed...and next to my Baby Glock 9mm (they are good friends).
But it's a little too heavy for everyday unless you keep it in your vehicle or wear a big open-carry leather holster.
I own a Kel-Tec P-32 for pocket carry. I prefer the Ruger LCP .380 but what the heck....there is really no difference between the KT and the Ruger LCP.
Will see where the market heads this week. I like to buy when the market takes a good hit.
But then one must strike while the iron is hot!;-)
If you come up with any other good buying opportunities, please share! I will do the same.
