Police worked a crime scene all night at 1538 E. Stanford St. as they investigated the kidnapping and murder of 10-year-old Hailey Owens. She was taken from the 3200 block of West Lombard Street as she walked from a friend's home to her home two blocks away late Tuesday afternoon.

The sexualization of children all over TV and the media, acceptance of all kinds of unnatural perversions and mostly the availability and prevalence of pornography spurs these perverts on. Porn was what Bundy said led him down the road of destruction, and I’m sure it is the same for this murderer who stared at little naked girls online until he felt he must have one for himself. Pure, horrific evil. Honestly, I would rather see him ripped limb by limb by other prisoners than have him humanely executed by lethal injection.

Sorry, just making a comment, perhaps poorly worded, about the headline. She is missing because the thug murdered her, and I guess the headline writer figured best to identify the newsclip with “missing”. But without that context, the meaning can be twisted by the choice of grammar.

A lot of times when stuff in news is happening fast like this.. they will update the script and the headline doesn’t get fully updated or vice versa.
They rush through it so fast because they want to get it up before the competition. So sometimes instead of writing a brand new headline.. they’ll just tweak the old one because it’s faster.
