The anti-balaka have outgrown their name. These militias in the Central African Republic, once united under a moniker meaning “anti-machete” in the local Sango language, are exacting their own vicious revenge upon the mainly Muslim rebels who overthrew the government last March and waged months of terror against the Christian population. They are now accused of atrocities far worse than what first prompted them to take up arms.
An Amnesty International report on Feb. 12 said attacks on Muslims in January by anti-balaka militias, made up of Christians and animists, had amounted to “ethnic cleansing.” Fatou Bensouda, chief prosecutor at the International Criminal Court at The Hague, has already opened a preliminary investigation into crimes against humanity, saying some “victims appeared to have been deliberately targeted on religious grounds.” A top U.N. official issued similar warnings during a recent visit to the ravaged capital, Bangui, telling reporters: “There is an ethnic-religious cleansing taking place. It must be stopped.”

Yes, the Muslims are just 15% of the population of CAR. But CAR borders Muslim-majority Chad and Sudan, and this gives them an excuse to invade CAR (to "protect the oppressed Muslims") and seize the northern oil fields

If you read your history, you’ll find that the Christian Crusades were the direct result of persecution of Christians living in Muslim countries.

Violent protests aren't going to make the change to create anything better. In all of these countries, reasonable concessions were made, yet the protests become more radical and more bloodthirsty.
I'm sickened with what's going on in Syria and now Ukraine. By now, it should be obvious that Egypt got it right. It's going to take violent responses to stop this slide to global chaos.
Was there any Amnesty International outrage when the Christians were being macheted? Or how about all the torture and inhumanity in North Korea that Mark Levin was talking about at the beginning of his show last night?
Well... Slime Magazine... where are the stories about ongoing atrocities by muslim knuckledraggers against Christians in Egypt, Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, Syria and every other muslim-dominated hellhole on earth?

Ukraine having essentially zero Muslims, I’m not sure how the conflict there is relevant.
I’ll start to care about this when the world starts to care about the slaughter of Christians. I don’t know why, but I just can’t get my hands on the multitude of articles that TIME has published about the killing of Christians. /s
A (slightly) indirect result of fracking.
The conflict in the Ukraine is relevant and of even greater concern precisely because the Ukraine is not Muslim. It’s the same scenerio of starting out as a peaceful protest and rapidly escalating into chaos and total destruction. It’s not about changing things, it’s about destroying what exists and replacing it, by violent thugs who don’t seem to care about the rule of law or the civilization they’re destroying. Whenever that happens, just as in the Muslim dominated protests, the results are not going to be beneficial.
Nothing like a Christian crusade to exterminate Muslim vermin in the CAR. Go Crusaders!
