Obama blesses climate science as ‘irrefutable’
The Daily Caller ^ | 2/20/2014 | Neil Munro

President Barack Obama says the current understanding of climate science is infallible.

“The science is irrefutable,” Obama declared during a Monday press conference in Mexico, where he appeared with Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto, and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper.

“We’re already seeing severe weather patterns increase…[and that] has the potential of displacing people in ways that we cannot currently fully anticipate, and will be extraordinarily costly,” he claimed, as justification for the remarkable claim.

I thought he was President, not a climatologist

Well, he did get a degree in political science.

That makes him an expert.

Correction: Just plain ZERO background. We checked. There is no background. Science or otherwise. LOL!

I think this could signal the death knell for man-made climate change. Every time Obama makes a categorical statement, it gets overturned by reality a bit later. (”you can keep your health plan”, Syria, etc.)

President Barack Obama says the current understanding of climate science is infallible

Infallible... such as his promises of keeping health care plans.

Infallible... such as the findings in the 1970s that we were heading to an ice age.

STFU, Obama.

I love how they say “Climate Change”. It’s like saying “Time Change”.

Yeah it does. Always has changed.

Fact, everything Obama says is a lie. So this proves that
man made global climate change is a hoax. And that is
“irrefutable”.

Yep, so I ask....then why are all the models and predictions wrong?

The only thing that is 100% agreed upon is that CO2 is a greenhouse gas. Start moving from there and the arguments begin.

I’d love to televise 100 climate scientists debating the “latest” info on climate....I bet it wouldn’t take long to clearly see that the science ISN’T settled.

LOL! According to common core math 2+2 can equal just about anything that’s “reasonable”. Four is apparently negotiable.

"We’re already seeing severe weather patterns increase..."

In related but unreported news, it has now been 3042 days (8.33 years) since the last major (Category 3 or higher) hurricane has made landfall in the United States. The length of this calm period shatters the old record of 2231 days (6.11 years) set 19 Aug 1906.

There’s a reason that researches in real sciences refer to computer modelling as “hypothesis-generating”. They understand that computer models cannot, by their very nature, prove anything about the real world.

Anyone who says any science is “irrefutable” doesn’t know anything about science.
