I’m told private people in Europe don’t have trucks. They’re dirt common in the US. A truck lets you maintain your own property, build your own buildings and projects and make money on the side helping those without trucks. They’re as essential to American freedoms as guns. The less regulation the better. Obama threatened to fundamentally change the US. We need to fundamentally change our government to get rid of millions of petty dictators controlling everything from what we eat to what we pay for.
He can have mine if he wants. The damned thing is a honkin’ big gas guzzler fer sure. Damned troublesome to park everwhere, too!

They actually care more than the government does because it really is their money they use to pay for gas’.

Back in Germany in the early 70s, our teams were heading to a couple of remote mountaintops to work on a comm link between them.
On the way through the countryside, I came up on a German man whose car had run off the road into the mud. We pulled out a tow strap and hooked it up.
That big six pax Dodge with the 6 cylinders and 4 wheel drive mud grips growled loudly as it steadily tugged his car back on the road.
The look on his face was something to see. All he wanted to know was where he could get one of those Six Pax....
He’s he going to order non-conforming ones to be destroyed...like his last INSANE destruction mandate??
More like stealing his horse...and that calls for a hang’n.
We need to be thanking truckers for hauling our food to the grocery stores. We do NOT need to be giving them a hard time.
I know one young trucker. When I see him, I say, “We appreciate what you do.”
He always says, “Thank you.”
Also, all truckers are armed for protection. They are a rolling army. Ostupida$$ needs to leave truckers alone.
