I was reading on a facebook page today: Soooo, would I be wrong to send a local KKK chapter a list of black businesses and tell them to demand that the business provide services for their next rally?
What a clever question… should the government be allowed to tell business what should and shouldn’t do even if it means doing something that the business considers unethical? Alan Colmes seems to think so and be imprisoned if they don’t obey government edict.

The argument that we can’t allow businesses to discriminate on characteristics like skin color, but we can allow them to discriminate based on religion, is a very weak one that I think we’ll lose. Religion is based on personal choice. It isn’t an immutable characteristic like race. Saying that religion is constitutionally protected isn’t a very strong argument either. The left now claims gay marriage is a constitutional right, and they seem to have at least the lower courts on their side.

What about Artistic Expression, the producer of custom made contracted artwork should definetly have the right to refuse ANY contract request based on their own Artisitic Expression which is certainly influenced by ANY of their own personal beliefs.
What makes you think you’ll get out?
