ONe - I thought these meetings were classified. What is up with all the open pad and that computer thing in front of him?
Two - the impression I get from this picture is that he is spouting BS and the body language from the rest of the group if from pure disgust - arms folded guy - to complete disinterest - Dempsey writing something down.
The major impression I get is that he is talking out of his arse and nobody dares say anything to interupt him.

All-the “computer thing” on the table directly in front of Nero is a touch screen interface or controller for the Video Conferencing technology in the room. It controls audio and video feeds both in and out of the room. Notice the camera between the windows on the left side of the room, the camera at the bottom of the screen in the back of the room and the display on the back wall to the left of the two images that says “mic On”.
I believe it is a control of all the electronics in the room. Especially the projector that is (probably) in the ceiling that is projecting the images on the whiteboard.

The body language analysis explains Obama's attitude. Man sitting with legs strongly on the ground indicates one dominant, damn-caring, most people in power often do so. A man sitting cross-legged is a sign of a submissive, defensive or closed minded attitude.
