Conservative author Dinesh D'Souza, director and co-writer of the highly successful documentary 2016: Obama's America, told the Conservative Political Action Conference on Friday that "after we did 2016, President Obama was very upset... If he was upset about that film, wait 'til he sees the new one." D'Souza's new movie, America, produced by Oscar winner Gerald Molen and John Sullivan, will debut in July. D'Souza was indicted for violating federal election laws in January by the Department of Justice. Many saw the move as pure political payback against an outspoken critic of President Obama. On Tuesday, D'Souza appeared in court with his attorney in New York City, who signaled his client was prepared to go to trial. D'Souza's attorney, Benjamin Brafman, told World magazine, "My guess is we'll see you at the trial... There is not a scintilla of evidence that this was a corrupt endeavor by Mr. D'Souza." The federal indictment was filed by U.S. Attorney Bharara, "an Obama donor who was appointed by the President." D'Souza did not appear to be intimidated by his legal battle. "We are in a moment in America where we are facing a crisis of leadership," D'Souza told the crowd. He added that "we need right now a Washington, a Lincoln, a Reagan. Well we don't have them but we do have us." An immigrant to America from India, D'Souza recalled, "I was seventeen years old when I first set eyes on America... Even then I knew I could be the architect of my own destiny." "We are living in the American era, an era that began at the end of World War II, but this moment is very fragile," D'Souza said, noting that America is facing challenges internationally in the rise of Islamic terrorism and Russian attempts to reconstruct its former empire.

Thanks for the link!!
We will have to support his movie!
(and spread the word!!)
Amen!
Paragraph police, are you on vacation?
God’s Speed, D’Souza! Expose the tyrant.
Very sad. That’s a sign that the intimidation is working. People are afraid to go to a movie that doesn’t suck up to the Dear Leader. But it’s not totally working, because they are still going. So there is hope.
I think the intimidation and pressure are getting more intense, but I also think people are starting to push back. The more people push back, the easier it is for others to join them.
I remember being the lone wolf in 2008. I stopped eating lunch with many of my colleagues because I was either shouted down or ridiculed for daring to say anything negative about 0vomit. (No, I didn’t call him 0vomit in mixed company. I stuck to facts. The 0vomit supporters did not.) They did not want to hear the truth.
The liberals (and some swing/independent/formerly conservative voters) were like teenagers with a crush and did not want to hear anything that might pop the bubble of their big love affair. (But honey, he’s never had a job. Sweetheart, she is lying to you and has always cheated on every boyfriend she’s ever had. I think he might be gay. Are you sure you want a relationship with someone with such drastic religious differences? Look who his friends are. I think he has some serious psychological issues that would make a relationship difficult. Liberals: But Mom, Dad, you just don’t understand. I love him. He promised to always love me and take care of me. Look, he gave me a present - a phone.)
Boy when I went to see 2016 there was a full house and applause.
I think we are going to like this movie.
Stay safe Dinesh.
He has a brilliant mind. He can't say much now because of legal constraints, but everytime I saw him on TV I stopped everything and sat like I was chained......eagerly, intensely listening to his incisive analysis on any and all issues.
Obama and his corrupt legal thugs will try to silence Dinesh, but it'll be like trying to silence the ocean....it ain't gonna happen. Dinesh will emerge stronger and more determined from this fake show trial. We must support him in every way possible. In essence, he is us.
