That's some first class political commentary right there, I don't care who you are.
Sure, Cruz and Paul are serious and articulate advocates of essential conservative principals.
But Palin cuts to the bone and articulates the essentials, emotional, human condition.
I know there's a lot of folks who think she's a well meaning dunce.
Certainly even they must recognize she's a savant and not an idiot.
I'd vote for her for any office. Hell, I'd send money.

Agreed. It's the most astute thing she's ever done, and a message to what Ted Cruz should have done had he the political acumen.
Yet when Republican voters were polled after Romney's defeat, on the question: "Now that Barack Obama has won re-election, who do you feel is the leader of the Republican party?" - Palin was the number one choice.
She is still the leader of the conservative right, and will trounce all comers if she runs.

Let her announce she's running, and watch what happens to that number. It'll shrink into insignificance before your eyes.
I believe the reason her number is so low in the Drudge poll is because most on our side believe it's too much to hope for that she'll run, so they vote for someone they feel might actually be in it.
