‘Frozen’ Gay Conspiracy Theory

Frozen might just be the most talked-about kids movie since Toy Story, but it’s not all accolades and awards for the Oscar-winning animated flick. There is a fear campaign mounting against the film, warning conservative parents and grandparents to keep their impressionable young children away from what some believe is a musical advertisement for the gay agenda.

But it is a good enough reason for me to skip yet another animated movie.

Disney allows the Gay Day organizers to use the jealously guarded trademarks of the Mickey Mouse profile and Mickey Mouse ‘Mouse Ears’ without legal challenge year-after-year.

Given that if I produced an image with those trademarks I’d be almost instantly sued and ordered to cease and desist I can only and reasonably conclude the the Disney Corporations’ deafening silence in this matter is an active endorsement.

I am writing to request that in the future you refrain from using the words “gay” and “cramming” in the same sentence.

Thank you for your cooperation.

My first great love. I approached a table seating friends and strangers. A stranger looked up at me and my heart did a flip flop. I loved him for three years in an off again, on again romance. Then I left town, but we agreed to contact each other if something significant changed in our lives. About 15 years later I had a strong impulse to try to contact him. Found his address through a professional society and wrote a letter. Three weeks after the initial impulse he phoned me. I asked if anything had happened 3 weeks earlier. He said it was the day his divorce became final. Talking with him I no longer felt a connection.

A few years later I met my second greater love. Feelings were mutual, but being married with children we did not act on it. Eight years ago, my husband died after a long illness. We have been together now for 7 years. Life is good.

Is this independently or in fan capacity?

Usually content producers wink benignly at nonprofit fan derivative works, and that’s how this is viewed, I think. Granted that if Disney had a more “normal” morality it would be bothered by the association. I don’t think any Christian group has done anything similar (what would Mickey do, carry a flag with a cross on it?)

But you can’t have a fairy tale without the fairy.

Those “gay crammers” don’t float your boat, huh. Neither do they launch my zeppelin. They’re encouraging sin. What do we do in a world where they are ubiquitous is the question.

So that means Disney has the most authentic fairy tales around!

I don’t think young children will pick on that elaborate theme these people have concocted. That being said, Disney is upfront with their pro gay stance, so maybe....just maybe

Sometimes, in our effort to get our message out, we become crazy and extreme, hurting, rather than helping, that message.

Often, it is not "we." There are many on the other side of the spectrum who search daily for any off-the-wall, wacky comments or blog they can link to a Conservative position. Did some person claim this movie was "gay propaganda?" Probably. Is that person a well-known Conservative? Doubtful. Do they even exist? Could they have been manufactured? Possible.

***Frozen might just be the most talked-about kids movie since Toy Story,***

Some people can see things where there is nothing to see. When TOY STORY came out, some preacher on Short Wave radio, tore into it as a very anti Christian, anti-American film.

You’ve described my husband. Every time he sees a commercial on TV, he comments on the guy being a queer. Sometimes that may be true, but I don’t think they ALL are.

The lady who came up with the theory is just anticipating, just following the curve of the culture. Nowadays tomboys, sissies, anybody who got bullied or didn't fit in in school (which is just about anybody) is assumed to be gay. So nowadays, when some people see films with such themes they naturally assume the characters are in some sense homosexual.

It's unfortunate, but that's what things have come to. I won't argue against the idea that there's a gay agenda at work in the culture, but the most unexpected people further the process by seeing homosexuality in all sorts of unexpected places. It's not just something gays foist on society. People's suspicions also push the process along.
