Whatever they are doing they don’t seem to be working all that hard.

I have noticed the American as well as Russian troops seem to do a whole lot of smoking.

I know my Father sold his cigarette ration for more money than he could spend. In addition to her allotment, Daddy sent his paycheck home to Mother. The Army basically took care of all his needs so he just didn’t need much money.
