After reviewing the tape and how the policeman responded to the incident, I am having a hard time being critical of what happened. I am glad that the veteran was not severely injured, however the cop needs to have some target practice. He shot at the guy 6 times and only hit him slightly once. At that range he should be putting all six within a grouping of a silver dollar.
