The Obama anti-gun crowd has decided to pursue the last option left to a tyrant: When all else fails, would-be dictators devise legislation aimed at confiscating our guns.
We should expect the political left to become desperate as President Obama’s approval ratings drop below 40 percent and the full impact sinks in that Republican David Jolly’s win in the Florida congressional special election last week signals voters are in a mood to punish Democrats for the unfolding Obamacare debacle.
But Tea Party Loyalists and Second Amendment Patriots have reason to take heart that we can beat back the gun-control activists by keeping on the agenda the imperial Obama presidency that prefers rule by executive order to the Constitutional limits on the presidency imposed by the Separation of Powers doctrine.
In Connecticut, tens of thousands of residents have decided to defy new state gun-control laws by refusing to register their firearms in defiance.
We’ve heard enough of the radical-liberal unsubstantiated argument that “gun-free” zones will protect students from school shootings like the tragedy that occurred at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, in December 2012.
We know the truth: Namely, that gun-free school zones only turn innocent students into victims with no ability to defend themselves, when the solutions involve placing armed guards in the school while licensing responsible teachers and school supervisors to carry their weapons openly when on duty at the school.
The truth is the school shootings are typically fostered by a radical-liberal agenda that encourages psychiatrists to drug students, not because they have real psychological problems, but because drugged up students are easier for unqualified and substandard public school teachers to control.What’s obvious is that as the 2014 elections draw closer and it becomes obvious Barack Obama’s incredible shrinking presidency has saddled Congressional Democrats facing voters in the 2014 November elections with Obamacare, President Obama’s signature legacy of government overreach and bureaucratic failure.The New Jersey Assembly Law and Public Safety Committee has advanced by a 5-to-3 partisan vote to the state legislature a gun control measure that would limit the size of ammunition magazines.
Not surprisingly, parents of Newtown victims traveled to New Jersey twice, claiming many students escaped death because the shooter had to reload his magazine.
Tea Party Loyalists and Second Amendment Patriots are rallying once again to oppose and resist this new attempt at gun control in New Jersey.
But, the anti-gun lobby never stops.
Secretary of State John Kerry continues to push the United Nations measure that would resort to international law trumping U.S. state law in an effort to confiscate guns from U.S. citizens in obvious disregard of the Second Amendment.
When martial law descended upon Boston in the wake of the bombing at the end of the Boston Marathon we saw televised the type of law enforcement military-like shut down of a neighborhood and the resultant house-to-house search of homes in the locked-down area that could easily lead to law enforcement seizure of guns, as men dressed in black gear paraded with automatic weapons through the streets of Watertown.
The ideological intensity of the anti-gun political left defies facts and logic.
The Gun Owners of America document that firearms are used 2.5 million times a year in the United States in self-defense, approximately 6,850 times a day.
Yet the Obama administration is desperate in its panicked need to change the public agenda from the damage Obamacare continues to inflict on health care in America in their ill advised attempt to expand the growth of big government to control one-sixth of the U.S. economy.
Thus, gun grabbing has become a top priority for President Obama and his radically liberal Democratic Party minions in state legislatures around the nation.
We should expect President Obama and the Democrats in Congress about to be defeated in November to push as hard as they can to put into law every gun-control measure possible, before Tea Party Loyalists and Second Amendment Patriots turn the tide against them.
We’ve seen the threat to the Second Amendment. Now Congress needs to see how Tea Party loyalists feel in return.
Our gun rights are in jeopardy, but we have not yet begun to demand Congress must stand up to defend the Second Amendment by passing laws to roll back Obama’s executive orders limiting our right to own firearms.
Washington needs to know that Tea Party Loyalists intend to win – either now by impeaching Barack Obama for his back-door attack on the Second Amendment, and/or by throwing at the ballot box in November 2014, and again in November 2016 any and all incumbent members of Congress – Republicans and Democrats alike – who do not stand with us in the defense of our gun rights.

Yep. Every time the gun grab buy another gun. Do they not realize that the people in this country have the most fortitude of any in the world according to our bloodlines? A very large percentage of our citizens came here at one point or another to remove their throats out from under the foot of a tyrant. We are composed of the ancestors of the most spirited, rebellious, and hardened people in the world. We will not bow to other men unless it is by our own choice; only our Father in Heaven is worthy of that honor without question.

We recently removed 6 of those mere puppets from office and put God-fearing Christian men in their place...

Oh, and if you need an example of a treaty that wildly exceeds constitutional authority here you go. Title XVI, Section 1531 USC cites this treaty as authority for the Endangered Species Act. If you want an explanation as to how it got this way try this.

Someone else, wiser than I, pointed out “It’s one thing to have a plan to ride a tiger. It’s another thing to actually ride a tiger”.
I’m sure they would like to not die in the course of enforcing any edict coming from our Federal government, or our state government...
There will be enough to push the button in areas where they have no real affection or emotional ties to the region, and no real friends or family where they begin to perform this activity...
Some will not, and the key to ALL of this is be aware of what is going on and decide before it gets any worse...
A rhetorical question/statement not requiring ANY response in a public forum like this is:
“What are YOU prepared to do about it? And, what are YOU willing to sacrifice to achieve that goal?”
I ask this question ALL the time...IT is the ultimate gut-check question you need to ask yourself...
Many of your friends and family cannot and will not be trusted if they know you are well “equipted”...MAny will turn in their weapons for any buyback or incentive the government can use to bait them into compliance...
Let them do this on their own, I would never have a discussion about this with them, because they will be asked...
Do you know of ANYONE who has guns??? And I can guarantee you even family will turn you in under the right kind of pressure, maybe without even knowing they did it...
You have to start maintaining anonymity, a low-profile, keep your full capability unknown to as many people as you can...
I know it is hard, we are all proud of our “stuff”...But the more folks know about it the easier it will be for those that do not care for you or your right to keep and bear arms will turn you in for 30 pieces of silver in a heartbeat...No compulsion, no remorse...
Times are not as drastic as they are reported to be, yet we should be prepared for it to change very quickly...
Now may not be the time for drastic measures...
That doesn’t mean when they time come to exercise this right to keep and bear arms, as we see fit, according to that wonderful document some of us have sworn to protect and defend, that oath never expires...
Let us all be cooler than school about this...We know, and they know, they cannot effectively enforce this usurpation yet...They can certainly bluster and pontificate all they want...But they fail to realize that all of that gas they blow, has no fire to stoke...
At the end of the day...What do you still have???

Hopefully so, but it is hoped that non-Progressives don’t become complacent and take Mr. Obama’s low poll numbers
for granted.
During a town hall meeting in Connecticut, the governor was cheered by many citizens in attendance when he layed out his specious reasons for the recent gun control laws in his state.
Progressives still have the support of a large part of the electorate and the Progressive press will pull out all the stops to get the propaganda machine going in Democrat’s favor.
Present-day “American Citizens” are increasingly becoming
“citizens of the world” and looking upon the Constitution as something alien and out of date.
(May the Progressives in congress be booted out on their keesters this November and may any of them who engage in voter fraud be found out and hung out to dry.)

You know, ForYourChildren, I don’t want to slam you or Logical Me for thinking that way. It’s easy to get the impression that things are beyond repair. And my intention here is not to start a flame war, so don’t take it that way.
But - Think about this:
I’m sure ordinary Germans felt that way too as their version of what we currently have was closing down on them, from 1932-145. Not every German citizen was an enthusiastic rabid Nazi. Many were, sure, but many weren’t.
How many of THOSE people felt the same despair, that resistance was futile... watching their neighbors turn on each other, or disappear, or have everything confiscated...
and yet... there WAS a German Resistance.
And a Dutch Resistance. And Yugoslavian Resistance. And Finnish Resistance. And yes, a French Resistance too. And yes, some of those groups were communist cells (unfortunately).
The point is - THEY RESISTED. THEY DIDN’T QUIT. Even when it appeared “finished” and at it’s most hopeless. They died defending what they believed in.
They pushed - above ground, and then underground when necessary. And when there was a day of retribution - and there ALWAYS is - they were there to mete it out.
The fight is only “over” when YOU quit fighting. And if the only fight you can manage is to simply stay put and help keep someone else’s hope alive, then you’re still in it.
So... yeah. It sucks right now. It COULD suck a whole lot worse. But until that time, you do whatever you have to do to PREVENT it from sucking worse.
We had it good for a long time. That bill comes due. It always does. And if this is our time to pay it, then it is what it is.
Don’t know any simpler way to put it.
Your absolutely correct friend, panic spells dangerous and dangerous people are to be taken seriously. We DO have avenues and the ballot box is one of them. Hopefully we WILL NOT need the cartridge box.
