President Obama has made the statement that the U.S. Constitution is a flawed document.
It is not a president's job to decide the merits of the Constitution but rather to enforce it as it is, or convene enough states to call for a constitutional convention and change it. It is not in his purvey or power to decide whether to enforce and defend it, it is in his oath of office and when he in any way refuses to abide by every sentence in the document, he violates his oath.

Sounding the alarm.
The Constitution may be flawed to a certain degree.
That said, Obama is as completely flawed as anybody could possibly be and still be able to walk upright and breathe without assistance.
I’ll take OUR Constitution over Obama any day of the week.
What Constitution?
“he violates his oath”
Let’s see, what group is encouraged, by their holy book, to lie if doing so furthers their cause? Hmmmmm....
Marshall Tucker Band....................
Carolina Dreams..........
Aren’t you channeling a Marshall Tucker song?
Charlie, His Oneness has a pen and a phone. Those trump the Constitution. Try and keep up.
Would’ve beat you, but I had to check and make sure that the song wasn’t written by Charlie. He and Toy Caldwell were good friends.
Just a slight correction, the President doesn’t even have the authority to call a Constitutional Convention, and yea, despite all the ‘constitutional clauses’ that Obama has run roughshod over, this is one that would fly as far as a lead balloon.
The dork knows as much about the constitution as he knows about quantum physics.
And Harvard has a whole lot of ‘splainin’ to do...’cuz it’s obvious that the dork was a quota boy going in and a quota grad going out.
Obama has room temp IQ - on his (its) best days.
Not that his word means much - but he swore on a Bible to defend the Constitution, not just to enforce it.
I can tell you WHO is flawed and it isn’t the Constitution.
The writers of the constitution new that it would have to modified. So they were smart enough to include an amendment process. The amendment process is the legal way of changing the constitution.
It is very irritating to hear liberals say things like the founders could not have envisioned airplanes and so the constitution needs to be interpretated as necessary. NO!
If it is so important to give the federal government some sort of new authority, then an amendment is required to do this! Look at alcohol as a good example. The states wrote and amendment to give feds authority over alcohol, this gave us prohibition, then the states wrote another amendment which revoked that authority.
Today, the feds just take authority without any legal process. This is tyranny - clear and simple.
Don't be silly, that is what Federal Judges are for.
Channeling hell. I’m gonna pick up one of my guitars and play it. LOL!
