I don’t know anything about Rauner, but if he wears an “R” in IL, we probably cannot expect another Phil Crane.

None of the candidates were great. Brady was the one that was the victim of Combiner voter fraud in 2010 (while the Combine delivered Mark Kirk’s victory). He was the least objectionable. Rutherford and Dillard were establishment RINO Combiners. Rauner was the worst of the bunch. I expect he will beat Quinn, as the Combine is fine with that. He will be another execrable RINO officeholder on par with fraudbot Kirk.

Take a look for yourself: http://brucerauner.com/

The haters gonna hate, but Rauner is a successful businessman (which means he’s never going to please the ideological purists) who has never held political office before but has spent over $6 million of his OWN money to this point to try to break the Democrat stranglehold on Illinois.

Know what? I’d rather have Rahm Emaneul as Governor than the incompetent boob Pat Quinn.

Phil Crane was one of a kind in many ways, and he lost his seat on the charge that he had been in Congress so long that he’d lost touch with his constituents, including many who liked and supported him, but were frustrated by his disengagement. Bruce Rauner is running on a platform of strict term limits.

Besides, how can you not like a guy who posts this bio:
